Review 1：I did not like to leave, I might have added a good full english cooked breakfast in the menu in the morning.

Review 2：The view from the room was stunning! The contrast between lake and the tall mountains was breathtaking. We booked a beautiful suite at the second floor overlooking the pools, the beautiful 'lungo lago' walking track and wooden pontoon. The suite was always in perfect conditions, there was lot of light in the room and we could hear the lake waves from the bedroom. The suite had a great furniture with an elegant Italian architectural touch, wonderful. We had great dinners; the staff was absolutely great, extremely caring and focused on pleasing you in any way. Catering was not just professional, but also very knowledgable on the local cuisine, they were able to ask the right questions and to suggest the right food and wine. What I liked the most was they were pleased to custom your menu if you wanted something different . And we had all this in October! I cannot imagine how great could be to stay in summer. Nearly forgot...we did choose this hotel because of the SPA. We booked it and we had it for ourslelves one day, we spend hours enjoying the treatments and then enjoying the jacuzzi just outside overlooking the lake: wow. The people running the hotel made the difference.

Review 5：The location is one of the most beautiful places I've been to. The staff are very nice , friendly and courteous .the place is very clean and well maintained .

Review 6：Adjacent balconies, to my room, separated by opaque glass partitions which had smallish gaps all around - hence could hear any conversation and also cigarette smoke from the occupants on one adjacent balcony annoyingly drifted onto my balcony - even though all rooms are absolutely no smoking inside the room. As a non smoker I was just unlucky this time I'd say?.

Review 7：Very good buffet breakfast, including waiter service, in a beautiful restaurant area with great view of Lake Garda. Very clean, good size bedroom with great shower and with small balcony overlooking Lake Garda and the Italian sunset.

Review 8：The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, making us all feel welcome. We stayed for a week eating in the restaurant a number of times, which I would recommend. On our final day I received a call in my room asking if we would like the chef to prepare us a special meal not on the menu, I accepted and we had a wonderful meal of baked sea bass with roasted vegetables.

Review 10：We love the entire experience from start to finish. Dinner on the pier, breakfast on the balcony, swimming in the lake directly from the hotel, to the friendly and very helpful staff.

Review 11：The only very minor fault that we experienced was the double bed which comprised two single mattresses side by side creating an uncomfortable ridge down the centre of the bed.

Review 13：Probably my fault but it took ages to find the underground car park - don't think I should have followed the sat nav so determinedly. Quite a few steps to go up on arrival from the underground car park but reception very proactive in assisting with heavy bags.

Review 21：Really nitpicking here: * no shelf in shower for shop/shampoo, annoying to bend down all the time! * no kettle or tea/coffee in room * pool not heated so quite cold in Sept, the lake was warmer and nicer to swim in

Review 22：Belfiore Park is a beautiful hotel in a great location, the immediate area is not very touristy just a couple of hotels, restaurants and small shops - but only 10 minutes drive/bus and you can visit busier towns. Always parking spaces available at hotel. The view from the lake view rooms are fantastic, and also on the restaurant terrace or pier. The pool area looks great and loads of sunbeds everywhere. The rooms were very clean and well furnished with plenty of storage. Cot provided for our 18 month old was good quality and she slept well every night. Breakfast and A la carte food in the restaurant was always excellent - the marinated lasagne starter and tiramisu highlights. Cold breakfast buffet was good and cooked-to-order hot breakfast from a choice very nice and not too heavy. The staff were generally friendly and always helpful, and spoke very good English and German. They even gave our little girl one of the toys they provide to take home, and were very good with her throughout the stay. WIFI was brilliant - free, available everywhere (inc. room) and always connected first time and was very fast. Boat hire available right at the hotel, although I think a separate company. We would 100% stay here next time we visit Lake Garda, the negatives below really are small things. We drove round the top half of the lake one day and thought the south/east side is nicer - Torri del Benaco just down the road was a very pretty town and only 10 minutes drive. It's not a cheap hotel so a lot of the above you would expect for the money, but as that isn't always the case with hotels, its was good they deliver on the promise.

Review 34：Traffic is bad on the coast road and it is easier to catch a ferry to get to where you want to be, but the nearest ferry point is Garda and there is always a queue to get into town to park, unless you are on a bike or scooter. There are no English TV channels - they are either Italian or German and this is both a pain and inexcusable.

Review 35：The hotel is located half way up the lake and is handy if you want access to the sport in the north and the tourist areas of the south. Parking is easy and facilities are first class. Staff were always friendly and helpful and despite catering mainly for the mainly German client base speaking English was not a problem. Food choice for breakfast is first class and the quality good. We ate some al la carte and some half board. There is a pontoon on the water and a terrace as well as the main dining room and so you can choose where you want to eat. The room had a fabulous balcony only a few metres from the edge of the water. If you sleep with patio doors open you hear the sound of water lapping at the water's edge.

Review 36：No toilets near the lake side. Smoking on the terrace outside tended to permeate through the building. Wifi was very sporadic No English television programmes, lots of Italian and German.

Review 45：The hotel was small (30-40 rooms), friendly and in such a beautiful location. Although beside the road, on the lake side, there is very little traffic noise and the hotel has a small beach which is delightful. All rooms have a lake view from the balcony. The shuttle to/from the airport, arranged by the hotel, was on time and good value. By using this and the local bus and boat services, we avoided the need for a hire car for the whole 9 days. Between the road and the lake, there is a foot and cycle path which allows you to walk for miles. Alternatively, the hotel offers a very cheap cycle hire service. All the staff in reception, in the restaurant and behind the bar were all so friendly, helpful and cheerful. We don’t speak any Italian, and only very little German but everybody excelled in their attempts to understand our English, and reply in English too. The restaurant offered very nice food, not haut cuisine, but very good value.
