Review 1：it was very basic and extremely Spartan - essentially a bed and a bathroom.
Review 2：It was in the heart of the old centre of Colle di val d'elsa. It was simple and everything worked.
Review 3：Great location in the historic centre, next to a charming little square (Piazza Santa Caterina) which has a good cafe for breakfast, and a pizzeria in the evening. Good views from room. Quiet and clean, at a good price.
Review 4：The manager and family were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless and the price was very good. The location is excellent, right in the centre of the historical old town.

Review 10：We were hiking/backpacking and this place was very conveniently located. The desk clerk was there on arrival, told us the combination for the front door, so we could come and go as needed.

Review 13：This hotel is difficult to find as it has no sign at all on thebuilding. Free public parking nearby is actually in a public lot at thebottom of the city, a difficult walk with luggage. Little English spokenby staff. Room is bare bones essentials. No television, bare lightbulbs, nothing on walls. Odd arrangement for bathroom, you have to walkthrough shower stall to get to toilet. Shower drained very poorly. Westayed on a Saturday night and were kept awake until 3:30 am by youngpeople in the walkway behind the hotel. This was with windows closed. Iwould not stay here again.

Review 16：Very basic hotel, but great value for money. Big clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Its easily accessible, and was very reasonable and convenient for our stay.
Review 17：There was no bar service or breakfast,but there was an automatic distributor with good price. There was no air conditioning,but I have been there in august,I don't think it was necessary. There was no fridge,and no reception after 19,or maybe it was me,I was the only guest in the hotel in that period and it was a little bit creepy.
