Review 1：The service personal is rude and they thing that are making a favor toserve you. The boy that serve the restaurant and breakfast is the worst,no education and no polite and rude.Hes place is working far away frompeople. The lady at the reception don't no her position!!! Is notthe manager and if you place a claim with here she will respond in arude attitude. Just look for another place that give you the respect foryou and your money. Sorry that the owner dont see that.

Review 19：STUNNING scenery, great food with lovely service. There is a whirpool in the garden, and there is a nice small beach. Confortable and well equipped rooms (A/C, fast wifi).The staff was super nice, whatever questions or problems we had they solved everything in a minute.

Review 20：The hotel is in a superb location, on Lake Garda's central western shore.Opposite the hotel is a pebble beach, with sun loungers provided and a private jetty. Our room was fully equipped with all the facilities you would expect including a modern LCD television, AC and Wifi. Very good breakfast, and the diner is really superb diner, wich you can book for only € 15,00. The center of Castelletto is 10 minutes walk. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Review 21：The room with lakeside view was very small but we asked to be moved & they did to a room to the rear which was bigger but had no view. The pictures of the Hotel made the rooms look bigger than what they are.

Review 25：The hotel is not ON the lake Garda, but on the mainroad running between the hotel and the lake. You can run to get to the small beach, but take care. The little lawn next to the big parking place is a weird place to get some sun. A Real Martin Parr Place!
