Review 1：The location is not very friendly to enjoy a nice walk. The parking is taken by external companies, so no parking left for the customers. The hotel has no character, cold and sleek atmosphere. The lift gives you the impression it's going to breakdown, the room is cold and sleek design just like the hardness of the mattress ( like rock, cold not sleep,no difference between the floor and the bed) , the toilet leaked all night interfered with the noisy airco. The breakfast is basic buffet, but very noisy with the staff chatting like on a market... Not a 4* in service, more a 3* +. Good stopover for a night, but not more.

Review 15：The family owned and operated hotel park was a good location for us. The park is a five minute walk to the train station. From there Florence is a 45 minute train ride which provides an opportunity to see the countryside. The staff at hotel park was friendly and helpful. After requesting a soft boiled egg and ice coffee the first day, they had it ready for us everyday of our three week stay along with the rest of the satisfyingly good breakfast. Rooftop pool and patio very pleasant. We were in room 422 which has a balcony and view of the walled city. Wifi was spotty in our room but easy connection in lobby. Our room had a well appreciated small refrigerator. We had a nice stay and the warmth of the hotel personal contributed to that feeling. We would definitely stay there when in castiglion again. We continue our objection to being labeled as a mature couple. Michael and nancy

Review 16：Bed was too hard. It was very noisy; you could hear every movement in the hallway. Small window over door let in light all night.
