Reviews for The Leela Goa

Review 1:Although the restaurants are excellent, they are relatively pricey especially for a family of five (be ready to pay 15-20k INR for dinner). Some watersports are available, but there could be more and from the hotel itself. The bathrooms although modern and of high quality surprise you with a) no lock on the bathroom door b) no bidet

Review 2:Proxomtiy to the beach and the beach itself is quiet, clean with very good service. Really nice ! The resort has beautiful grounds and if you don't want to walk, buggies are available all the time. The breakfast and food in general is great and you can always try the beach shacks which are also great (Sonnu at Pearl Beach Cafe, next door to the Leela serves a tasty menu including local fresh fish) The staff are excellent and very polite -!f you need anything they will respond to you immediately. You get a feeling of outstanding organization and professionalism. We have stayed in a couple of other 5 star beach hotels in Goa and this is the best all round (although the rooms are possibly smaller)

Review 3:Very little connect with customers. We were asked to pay full amount in advance before they gave us the key to the room. This, inspite of having my credit card number used for making booking. A bit insulting when you are paying 22000/- per day for the room.

Review 4:Lovely ambience, very green with trees all around. Beautiful white sand on the beach. Excellent rooms.

Review 5:The warmth is lacking big time vs a Taj or Marriott or Sheraton or ITC You are told that penalty on returning a movie late will be charged vs a taj which makes movie watching fun with free popcorn , small touch but goes a long way Too transactional - hire a cycle pay money for example not seen that too often Concierge lacks basic etiquette and the duty manager Monish in particular was not warm and welcoming Also a big minus while the hotel is on the beach you need to walk almost 300 m to the sea from your beach chair unlike the shacks nearby which are a 100 m odd away

Review 6:The infrastructure of the hotel is good Good shacks nearby

Review 7:The location was not comfortable, almost nothing available around the hotel.

Review 8:The room was very nice and the all the staff were friendly and sincerely. The reception was quite beautiful and I could feel Indian culture at there.

Review 9:Nothing. Coffee and freshly pressed juice at breakfast could be slow. Not really a problem. Minor problem with bill sorted out quickly.

Review 10:Fantastic quality hotel, cheerful helpful staff, lovely quiet private beach, great breakfast. Enjoyed food at beach shacks nearby especially Sam's. Swimming pool, yoga and gym and grounds excellent. Par 3 golf and tennis if you want it. Tipping policy is a good idea, tip at the end of your stay in a box at reception. Free internet if you join the loyalty programme.

Review 11:Practical basic aspects like 1)clothes washed can't to hanged in washroom. 2) golf putting should be complementary 3) cycling only 1/2 HR complementary is a constrain which should be flexi

Review 12:Perfect landscaping and development

Review 13:Dinner feels overpriced and not really much options to go out of the resort without taking one of their ridiculous overpriced taxi's. The neighbour resorts had weddings/ parties 3 of the 5 days we stayed here which resulted in very loud music and fireworks which kinda ruins the quiet vibe. Equipment used in the resort for golf, archery is very old and badly maintained.

Review 14:Golf course was fun, beach was very good.

Review 15:Was happy to practice yoga with a professional teacher, though the private session 5 days package rather expensive. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Very beautiful and clean resort with beautiful gardens. Great complimentary pick up and drop off service from the hotel to the airport. We arrived at 6 o'clock in the morning and could immediately check in. That is highly appreciated. Late check out was extended until 9 pm from 6 pm. We mostly had dinner at the Italian restaurant Riverside from Leela and found the food, complimentary live music and service very good to excellent. There were every day activities arranged for the kids and for the grown ups. Would definitely recommend to stay at Leela in Goa.

Review 16:The cost of the buffet was very expensive. Being charged for the wifi was outrageous and it was pricy too. Diet Coke was equivalent of £1.80 for 300ml can. Walk 200 yards on the beach and it was 50p.

Review 17:The leela was a beautiful setting, the room and views were stunning. The activities on offer was great including some FOC. The staff were friendly.

Review 18:This is one of the finest hotel establishments we have visited too and were really impressed by the unbelievable efficiency and quality of all their services.Courteous staff, clean, natural and controlled premises, outstanding food and beverage. We were really lucky to visit at a time of the year be there before the main tourist season and at the end of the monsoons.

Review 19:Taxi mafia. Resort taxis do not allow other taxis to come and pick you up. Their taxi charges are at least double the normal fare. My friend in Varca, Goa is a taxi driver and advised the fare to Panjim from Leela is 1,800 - 2,000 Rupees. Hotel taxi is 4,000. Taxi to Varca church 1,500 Rupees. Crazy prices when the hotel location requires a taxi to get anywhere unless you stay in the resort

Review 20:Great food but expensive even for a 5 star location

Review 21:The location wasn't great for exploring Goa. It's a little far from the main hive of activity. It took us 4hours on the bus to meet friends staying in the North. However when using a taxi it was fine.

Review 22:The service was amazing. When I mentioned it was my boyfriends birthday a cake and bottle of wine was delivered to the room. Lovely people

Review 23:At midnight, Room #82 had water leakage from AC ducts ruining our suitcase, footwear and clothes. Were shifted to another room # 221 at midnight which also had profuse leakage, then shifted to third room #389 at midnight which was on first floor whereas my wife had had a surgery and requested for ground floor room close to reception. Finally we were given a suite # 102 as a compensation for this trauma. Beach has just two benches to sit. Restaurants are sad. Riverside Italian restaurant opens only for dinner so you can't enjoy the riverside view. No activities near beach. Good for senior citizens.

Review 24:Staff is courteous at all stages.

Review 25:Although the 3 meals were not 100% Indian, they need to be more varied for Westerners. I went on a tour with a private car from the hotel but it was expensive and 6 hours were not enough to see everything included in the package ( 6 hours for 4800 rupees). The resort is far from night life.

Review 26:All staff were friendly with no exception. I went with Etihad airways and lost my bag for the first 2 days I was without clothes, so I went to the lobby to follow up with the airline company, so Mrs. Sindhaya who is a manager heard me yelling at the etihad airways customer service and I was saying that I don't have clothes not even an underwear. Few hours later, I went to my room I found a T-shirt,pants and underwear.that meant a lot to me and she was the one that coordinated with etihad to send me my luggage the same day at night. The staff are really amazing. The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable and the best thing is the pillow. I recommend the resort to everyone who is seeking rest and not the night life.

Review 27:I traveled during low season, so the beach beds weren't out, but it was a good time to visit to avoid crowds.

Review 28:The staff were very well trained in hospitality. The property was spotless and the food was excellent.

Review 29:Paid wifi. Limited buffet breakfast menu. Restaurent staff need to be self attentive to guests and guests shouldn't have to seek their attention every time to ask for something.

Review 30:Excellent ambience. Excellent room. Great place to spend a family leisure time. Great beach. Swimming pool. Loved the whole experience.

Review 31:The aqua was closed due to some wedding in the property. We booked the hotel specifically to enjoy the in house nightclub and it was sadly closed. The bugggies used to take gusts around the hotel were being used fe the wedding. Faced lot of inconvenience coz of that

Review 32:I was stuck in my room for 2hrs as the room got locked and service men couldn't open it. In the morning, there was no electricity in my room. Overall such a bad experience, never thought Leela (Goa) has such a poor service.

Review 33:- Hidden Taxes. - Paid Wifi/Internet. - No water WC. - Little Activities on Monsoon season (no beds on the beach side).

Review 34:- Breakfast. - Location. - Views. - Staff. - Shuttle service to/from airport - Rooms.

Review 35:We complained about the lack of couple options within the spa on our feedback forms. When we were leaving, the spa manager chased after us and offered to provide an alternative couples massage. Which was very kind. However, we were led to believe from him that this would be complimentary, and upon checking out found that this was not the case. It was a shame to have to argue about this on our departure, as it tainted the overall experience, so just make sure to clarify whether something will be complimentary if it is offered by the staff. Also, NO FREE WIFI?!? This is absurd.

Review 36:Good staff, facilities, location. The Restaurant, their main restaurant, has a very good buffet selection of good food, which we were told rotates daily over a two week period. So you'll always have something different each day. However, there was no theme, and the choices of cuisine/food placed together were quite strange. The Indian selection was always very good though.

Review 37:We have never before enjoyed such hospitality especially from Chef Santosh who with his culinary excellence and warmth gave us a Vegetarian Goanese experience like no one else could 20 dishes each different in look flavour and spice over 4 meals which we shall never forget. If it's GOA it has to be Leela.

Review 38:Not enough sunbeds.

Review 39:Best hotel i have ever stayed in. Pure luxury. Staff couldnt do more to help. Beautiful buildings and room was of the highest quality. Cant praise enough.

Review 40:Staff too professional service not at par with the standard. Some staff are excellent remaining lacks to maintain the standard Breakfast was excellent but lunch and dinner is far off from the breakfast standard both in terms of taste and standard of cooking

Review 41:Rest all is excellent.

Review 42:I liked everythng about this property. I just loved the location. The room was awesome. Breakfast was very very good. Overall, it is an awesome place to spent time with your loved one's.

Review 43:Breakfast was monotonous. Expected it to be more creative after I stayed at the Leela Palace. Staff at dining were a bit dumb. Moving about listless in the dining area. They should be sent to Marriott for training on hospitality, responsiveness and personalized service. Overall food quality was average at best (3 out of 5)

Review 44:Greenery, location, cleanliness of rooms.

Review 45:Everything was lovely.

Review 46:The service was impeccable and they make Te guest feel quite special. Loved the overall experience. The comfortable pickup and droo facility for airport are extraordinary.

Review 47:WiFi is not free.

Review 48:Undoubtedly one of the best properties I have stayed. There is not a single thing I disliked about it, but only the WiFi could be made free. Rest is simply AWESOME.

Review 49:Service is worst. We found hair in food while dining. Even after complaining it to the resturant manager, they didnt do anything about it. The resturant staff didnt even apolozise. We then complained to the duty manager who finally said sorry. Staff has worst attitude and do not meet the standards of 5 star. The hotel food seems ti be unhygeinic. Even while check out noone came to carry our luggage inspite of request. Finally we carried our luggage. Pathetic service. I would prefer to stay in a 3 or 4 star hotel rather than staying at the Leela.

Review 50:Rooms are good.

Review 51:First, I had to over pay Room rent due to some technical snug. Booking.com and Leela did identified the problem but none stepped forward to fix. Rather I had to pay additional charges to cover up for their mistakes.. Second There was some algae on the floor of the Honey Moon Island. I was not aware of it and fell down while I was on bicycle. There was no warning for same. Third, Air-conditioning system temperature cannot be lowered below 21c. Depending of heat outside, it may take a lot of time for cooling to come under effect. Fourth, There is a complete black out, on loss of electricity, Even at my home I have several instruments/light on UPS in an event of loss of electricity. At a hotel like Leela I think this deficiency is unacceptable.

Review 52:Demonstrating Co-operation. :- I was surprised that I had to pay out in addition to what was paid at Booking.com. I was not aware of these charges. However staff and duty manager were very co-operative through the process of debugging the issue and assisted in every manner. Swift response on Urgency, Demonstration:- After the long wait, once we entered the room there was a bit of algae on terrace floor so slightly unhygienic. Also air conditioning duct was accessible by kids so they opened it accidently. It was also very-very dirty we reported the matter. Staff was very quick and cleaning both of the items. We appreciate the speed with which it was cleaned up. Continues process improvement, Demonstration:- The was no welcome fruits etc.. in our room., until we requested for a change in room, and found that welcome fruits were missing. On second day, when we changed room we were glad it was fixed. Taking Ownership of Loss, Demonstration :- Found spider with web in "The Restaurant" drinking water and we reported it to restaurant. They immediately offered us with two bottles of water w/o additional charges. Staff had a sense of realization. However keeping hygiene as priority we decided to have food outside the hotel from next day.

Review 53:Location (south of Goa) is quite "out of the way" if you are looking to visit the length of the state.

Review 54:Property is fantastic ! All amenties available.

Review 55:This resort is very quite and very good for relaxing. But if you arelooking to go shopping, you will see how long is so far the closest mallfrom the resort. Also I see two things are very expensive which are theprices for taxi and WiFi.I hope this review is very helpful

Review 56:Fantastic facilities, lots of space to roam around, well manicured open spaces, amazingly diverse spread and very tasty food across breakfast, lunch and dinner and above all a very warm and hospitable staff.

Review 57:The only thing I didn't like is the communication with thereservation team. It felt a little bit indifferent, the first two emailmessages with them. Maybe it is the language, but it was definitely notthe tone of The Leela Hotel when you get there. For me, reservation sets the tone of the hospitality of any hotel. The team may need to work on this. Also, there was a miscommunication regarding the airport pick up. I got a lot scared when we were not picked up at 2AM, not a very good first impression for the country in general. Although, the registered taxi at the airport is more than safe and friendly. That helped a lot. And the way The Leela handled my complained about the lack of airport transportation is commendable. They refunded the taxi fare and the duty manager tried to reach me several times to apologize.

Review 58:There are a lot of things that went wrong with our travel plans to Goa.Luckily, we were booked at The Leela and they made the sudden travelchanges not only more manageable, but perfect getaway for my son and I.The facilities, buffet - breakfast, lunch and dinner, the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, perfect 10!My son got a fever wee hours in the morning, probably due to the rainy weather, and I was provided with a doctor no less in our room within 30 minutes and my son was given medication which soothed him for the remaining of the holiday.Early check-in and late check out - very accommodating to requests. We normally follow the hotel check in and check out times, but due to unavoidable circumstances, had to request them check in at 4AM and check out at 1AM. I'm a very happy mom and guest. All the duty managers are delightful to talk to and all action-oriented to please their guests. Special mention to Rahul, who made us feel so comfortable and worry-free during our stay. I believe, he is quite an asset to the company with the way he handles guests and their situations.HOUSEKEEPING - The housekeeping provides more than great service - they gave me whatever additional requirement I have. Combs, toothbrushes, sanitary pads, green tea, water. And at very quick service. The pillow selection is no less than five star. Great comfort and more than serene sleep.KIDS CLUB - Very kids-friendly, very accommodating, perfect! A real treat for the kids, my son didn't want to leave the place, which gave me more me-time to enjoy the view, the spa and the salon.SPA - Reasonably cost massage; very relaxing; great facilities.SALON - Not-so-reasonably priced but great service. Considering value for money, I cant recommend the services.THE RESTAURANT - Delectable selection of dishes; great authentic Indian dishes, we gained a few kilos eating at The Restaurant. The complimentary airport shuttle is more than comfortable.

Review 59:Need a water sprayer next to toilet seat which can be used to spray water once you are done with the toilet.

Review 60:Excellent location. Nice interiors and ambiance.

Review 61:Nothing as such.

Review 62:Everything.........the staff .....the food.....amnities.....beach ...... hospitality..........world class property !! Haven't been to more kids and elderly friendly property !

Review 63:The hotel should have a complimentary Wi-Fi.

Review 64:Everything about this property is amazing. We chose a low season as the idea was to have a relaxing holiday. The hospitality received by the hotel staff was excellent and they were all ready to go an extra mile to serve us. The spa is top-class and the food was out of this world !

Review 65:For the price that they charge, they can definitely provide free WiFi

Review 66:I loved the property, the beach, the room, the service, the staff....it was perfect

Review 67:Price of meals is over the top. But there are good, reasonably priced restaurants close to the hotel.

Review 68:Beautifully landscaped gardens in a secluded and quiet location, efficient and friendly staff, good amenities.

Review 69:Wifi should be provided for 24 hours complimentary then chargable but the hotel doesn't provide with that now small restaurant also provide us that so I request u change thiz for next up coming guest

Review 70:The service the service and everything else was too much nice

Review 71:They provide cycle on rent which needs to be complimentary, currentlycharged post 30 mins. The swimming pool size is pretty small for the space they have.

Review 72:We had gone to celebrate my wife birthday. They surprised us with a rumcake and a bottle of champagne.Brilliant check in with Indian traditions. Good spread during breakfast and buffet dinner.

Review 73:The pool is very small. The food is not that great! Its considered expensive compared to other great places in goa

Review 74:The hotel beach, resturants, bar & landscape is breath-taking. We stayed in there for 2 days only to relax. Its very far from the city hub and happenings... So if you're looking only for relaxation its the ideal place.

Review 75:promptness if bagghy service soecially travelling with senior citizen. had to wait for 30-40 min in the evening had ti eventually walk . while booking hotel should check for senior citizen n acc suggest a room near reception/beach or dinning area. dining area was too crowded at brkfast and senior citizen had to walk in remote part of restruant

Review 76:rooms, cleanliness

Review 77:Pricing is very steep. They even charged for milk in the room for my baby. The staff in the indoor play area had no clue how to entertain kids. The pens, paints etc were very low quality. Service in the restaurants and room service was not very efficient... Very slow in getting the order. They can have a better bar and lounge. Not at all happening.

Review 78:Buffet breakfast was good. The room was spacious with an area which had day bed, tv and dining table. You can close it with a door. Extremely useful when the child is sleeping. One can still watch movies in the bedroom. The property is beautiful. A lily pond running across, beach area was good. They had an indoor and outdoor play area for kids.

Review 79:Paying approx £7 a day for wifi was ridiculous and should be included in the substantial room rate. We ate in the restaurant once and the food was low effort and extremely expensive, therefore disappointing.

Review 80:High quality hotel excellent service. Lovely bathroom and quaity bathroom products and linen.

Review 81:Even though this is ultra deluxe in all manner I feel that bar and restaurant prices are far too high for Goa, more expensive than London!! But it does keep the riff raff away which is what these people are keen to do.

Review 82:The location, the architecture, the landscaping all out of this world. You have to pay this kind of price to get this. Staff are super and on the ball, rooms, bathrooms, I could go on and on...It is brilliant.

Review 83:Considering what the reviews are on this hotel it really did not live up to it's own reputation. Every item on our bill had additional charges

Review 84:The welcome was lovely

Review 85:I like everything except that when i was leaving for the airport i got late and had to rush at airport with a small toddlers as we reached bit late cause people were not boarding on time in the coach.

Review 86:i like everything from courteous staff, the way they took care of us and our need was commendable, special mention to Mayur who was like a friend to toddler and took extra care of him while we had breakfast. Awesome stay !!!

Review 87:choice of food ,corner cutting trick for buffet selection of food , sea is yard away but sea food was mile away , not promoting or marketing its other properties in India and glob in their own premises , not providing info of location activities at eye catching site ,not enough setting in between long walk area for people with difficulties ,welcoming me with flowers and coconut , but no one at checkout departure counter to say Thank you for staying with us and sorry for inconvenience it may have experienced .No feed back form .

Review 88:Room views of Fake lake ,green surrounding , open space in resident area ,

Review 89:When we arrived my husband mentioned that it was my birthday. We went to the pool, when we got back to our room they had left a birthday cake with candle and a bottle of sparkling wine on ice.

Review 90:The price of the liquid refreshments. Please Leela, be reasonable; at least!

Review 91:Everything about this hotel and the fabulous pool area was a deserved 5* However, the prices of the liquid refreshments spoiled our impression. We were fully inclusive; which included food and most soft drinks whilst in the restaurant at the right times. The variety and quality of food was superb - it was a delight. The room we had was lagoon view - it was beautiful; with top notch fittings and extras. The hairdryers are great and the toiletries are high quality. I would definitely visit again; but would do the same as we did this time; and that is, go down to the 3 shacks for afternoon relaxing. The middle shack on the right has great staff that speak very good English and are very helpful. Final comment: The Leela really was as good as any 5* hotel we've ever stayed in in Dubai.

Review 92:The guest experience has been fine-tuned to such an extent that it'll take your breath away. Staff treat all guests with the utmost respect, care and attention. The hotel itself is beautiful.

Review 93:The price of the hotel should include complimentary Wi-Fi

Review 94:The setting, the staff. Everything is set to impress and it is set in beautiful surroundings. Great place to relax and unwind or explore South Goa if you with to leave the resort.

Review 95:Cycles provided for children without accompanying safety gear and are charged after 30 mins. Getting around Goa become a bit expensive since the only way in and out is through cabs associated with Leela and they are priced high. Rooms dont have beach view

Review 96:Food in general and the special xmas buffet with food from around the world. Comfortable stay. Help was always available.

Review 97:Unjustifiably high prices in restaurants given the many excellent options nearby the resort (we ate all meals at Vernon's beach shack and Fishermans wharf, both excellent). Making guests pay for wifi is not in keeping with the excellent service provided in all other regards (we obtained an Indian sim and used good 3G connection instead).

Review 98:Beautiful resort facing a lovely stretch of beach. Excellent service. Felt very peaceful and quiet, despite it being the busy Xmas period. Really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Good facilities, particularly the gym.

Review 99:Food was abit inconsistent!! The cost of stay was abit over the top!! Too many taxes service charges but guess that's how they make there money!! One day staff walked in our room after one knock and I told him to not come in and he still came forward until I had to raise my voice and he stayed back!! The masala tea was not good but them we told the staff how we liked it and they true their best!! Very far from any nightlife and the hotel club was empty all the time!! But that aside was alot better than most places!!

Review 100:Spa, Clean room twice a day! Very friendly staff! Lovely views and beach was private! Very quiet good for honeymoon and ppl that want to relax and unwine!! Alot of wildlife! Enjoyed the singer at the grill bar lovely voice.

Review 101:A bit pricey for what it is. Sea water doesn't seem very clean (it's next to where a river flows into the ocean) & stray dogs on the beach etc...

Review 102:Friendly staff, good food, green parc with lots of birds around the pool and next to the beach

Review 103:Pay For Wi-Fi !!!

Review 104:We Only Had the pleasure of spending 1 night @ the Leela but it was the best day and night of our lives !! We Had Champaign In the bath and banged all night !!!

Review 105:- The service attitude was very average for instance, I requested for an item off the pool menu while at the pool and the attendant declined my request. I also requested for a menu of the spa to book an appointment and was told 'better if you went to the spa yourself'. When I did go to the spa, it was far from tranquil and calming. Even within the treatment rooms, you could hear doors banging, guests speaking really loudly in the change rooms, children making a lot of noise in the lobby area.

Review 106:The property itself was stunning however, thats where it stopped.

Review 107:DVD collection is out of date , and a bit over priced . Buffet gets boring after 2 days need to shuffle

Review 108:everything about the experience was good . excellent bathrooms

Review 109:Fungal smell from the air condition Long walking distance to the beach + around 500m walk from the beach to the sea No food&drinks on the beach No toilet shower in the room Noises coming out from the outside of the room (doors were too thin?) Overall beautiful resort and I would recommend to everyone.

Review 110:The resort was huge, lots of greenery, excellent customer service, great food, clean rooms, great SPA, comfortable and luxury hotel

Review 111:The waiting staff at the restaurants were not attentive enough and often did not pay attention to guest requests. The facilities by the pool area were not as per five standard and could do with more attention and cleaning The Spa was disappointing as it did not feel like it was serene or calm and noise travelled from the showers and changing room. Lastly, the fine dining restaurant was a bit of a joke as it looked more of a posh hostel mess than a fine dining restaurant. The waiting staff need more training in fine dining service.

Review 112:We love the location and the property as a whole. The rooms were neat and mostly maintained but if you go looking a bit deeper then you see missed spots, etc The food was decent mostly nothing extra ordinary but the buffet prices vs the offering could do more. Overall package is very decent but many areas are overlooked and need more attention and training of staff.

Review 113:Body odour of staff far away from touristic areas (1 hour on avg by car)

Review 114:The calmness nature around the beautiful lagoon Good service friendly staff tasty food but a bit expensive The car service was good ans convenient

Review 115:No dedicated seafood restaurant. But a small point in the bigger picture.

Review 116:Staff were amazing, facilities and services outstanding, and the room comfort and quality were second to none. The food was of highest standards but it was the staff who really made it great.

Review 117:From amenities to ambiance the hotel was total luxury. Relaxed atmosphere with beautiful gardens etc.. Would have loved to stay another night here. Will surely stay here again.

Review 118:No free Wifi either in the hotel main area or the rooms. Other Goan hotels we stayed in, literally at a fraction of the price had free Wifi!. Simply not acceptable for this price. Some jellyfish in the sea while we were there meant we were reluctant to swim. I hope this is only a temporary seasonal problem.

Review 119:The facilities and standard of service were excellent. Complementary yoga sessions and wonderfully luxurious poolside facilities. Beautifully clean beach. The staff were excellent throughout the resort and both helpful and very efficient in arranging cars, luggage etc for us.

Review 120:Hotel staff has not bothered about the discomfort faced during my stay even complaint about the issue, no one turned up.it is very far from the airport and othet eating joints. Better opt for othet resorts of same category with better location with better price.

Review 121:- A bit far from the airport and Panjim

Review 122:- Great location as it was right on the beach. - A sprawling property w/excellent facilities - Great restaurants with great food. Buffet had immense variety. - Friendly staff - Great pool and poolside bar. - Well maintained beach. Possibly the best in Goa - Excellent gym - Excellent spa - Spacious and very comfortable rooms. - Well laid out property

Review 123:Evenings were a bit boring and not much to do

Review 124:Real five star feeling! Rooms (Lagoon view room) was very spacious and luxurious. Staff were very friendly. Overall a bit expensive but well worth it. There is a separate kids pool which was very good for young kids. Restaurant service and food was excellent.

Review 125:Nothing till date if anything in further…i will as I personally wantleela to keep it for Humans..I Have visited leela Kovalam also

Review 126:Evrything..Food,rooms, Smoke free property to have Naturesolely,Beach,Swimming pool,Spice Garden Birds, Trees of DifferentVarieties…and calmness for you which leaves you and Soul with Mind.Great

Review 127:Not value for money. Smaller swimming pool. Cycles are not that good. Long distance from room to pool, restaurant, club, lobby.

Review 128:room interior. staff service. natural atmosphere.

Review 129:It might be due to monsoon, property (lagoon area) seems little rusty but who is complaining if you are on the beach all day. Lovely stay thanks

Review 130:Rooms...okay but cleaned every time you step out. Perfectly adequate if you are out to beach most of the day. Food...Fabulous. Choices are a lot for breakfast and dinner (which we had). Specially loved their Apple Pie in breakfast. Facilities...few of their regular features were not there during Monsoon, but overall it was great. And….. Peace and quiet if you just want to hear the sea and go away from nightlife you are so used to in cities.

Review 131:Staff was knowingly and worse, unapologetically, serving cappuccinos from a broken machine. Food was pathetic. Twice I ate uncooked steamed rice from the Indian buffet section. Complained to the chef but to no avail, no apologies there either. Room service said they'll send a cappuccino to my room in a FLASK!

Review 132:Location was excellent and we got a good rate as it is off-season in Goa right now. We enjoyed cycling in the rain too.

Review 133:the taxi fares are too high and conveyance is not suitable to go in and out of this location often. conveyance to and from the city is impossible and have to rely on their tieups who charge royally. The children could not sleep on the sofa. they could have had additional beds for children instead of sofas. wifi should have been complimentary, but that is also been charged

Review 134:cleanliness buggies property food airport transfers are good

Review 135:I din like the check in process Coz it was quiet lengthy. And they take the full payment at the time of check in unlike ofher 5 star hotels.

Review 136:The service at leela goa was commendable . U ask gor anything its there for u. And speacial mention to the staff at 'the restaurant' their multicuisine restaurant... They were the best and always happy to serve u witj a smile.. Thanku so mch leela for a wonderful stay
