Review 1：shower cabin a bit small and leaking, no automatic temperature water tap, no airco in rooms

Review 3：The owners were very friendly and helpful. The place was a few minutes outside the city center, but the owners offered to give us a ride to and from. Room and bathroom very clean.

Review 4：We travelled in winter time and heating was running high but still the room did not heat up really. Located next to a road (strada provinciale) that is busy during the day, during the night it was ok.

Review 6：The house is located on a busy road and the traffic noise is fairly high during the day. The traffic is much less at night, so sleeping with the patio doors open is okay.

Review 7：This is a good base for touring the area. The hosts are extremely nice, and Eva speaks English very well. Parking is easy and free, and there is good, free wi-fi.

Review 9：Eva and Marcus were as friendly and helpful as they were 2 years ago, when we first stayed there. A small oasis surrounded by herb and olive nurseries. Breakfast was varied and plentiful Thanks again.

Review 11：The location was perfect for our trip from France to Tuscany. The owners are very nice and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, the bed was good. No problems. The included breakfast was nice with homemade cake, yogurt, coffee... Hit the spot. Parking in the garage was nice too.

Review 14：There were too many ants in the appartment we stayed two nights and bothof them we woke up surrounded by ANTS!!it was disgusting and more thanthat the housekeepers dealed with it as if it was something normal theydid not even suggest to change our room! That was honestlydissapointing. So so many ants!!

Review 18：This is a perfect place to stay, either for a stop over or for a few days. The hosts are very kind people and our family loved our stay. We ate a wonderful breakfast outside in the morning sun. We would definitely stay here again.

Review 19：- shower and water supply (water does nor flow regularly, at times is absent) - windows with no curtains (no repair from sunshine in the morning) - toilet door does not close (lack of privacy) - ceiling too low (not much space to move around) - poor furniture

Review 23：- Wifi reception inadequate. The staff has to install repeater all over the villa. This is a huge drawback. Worth the investment - Breakfast could be slightly more diverse. It is OK though, no big deal - Careful not to scratch the bottom of your car when descending into the lower parking

Review 29：Lack of AC, but really not a big deal since the weather was not alarmingly hot. To pick on little things, the Wifi was good but not accessible in our room. Also no big deal at all, but we had to sit in the garden and eventually it got dark outside :)
