Review 1：La tranquillità del posto, la serenità che ispira ed i ritmi lenti. Le camere comode, il cinguettio degli uccelli la mattina ed il piano che suona la sera. L'ottima cena a base di carne alla brace. La colazione nel giardino a terrazze. L'ospitalità di Gianluca e del suo staff che ti fanno sentire davvero a casa tua!

Review 5：The owner is very friendly, he prepared a fantastic cold supper for us. Location is good, the wiev to the tuscan hills is wonderful. The house in old times was a postoffice, what belonged to his grand-grandfather.
Review 6：Toilet seat wad kinda broke and a couple of towels were dirty. Price is a little too much for the structure and breakfast, even if the overall experience was ok. .
Review 7：The structure is rated as one star hotel outside the door. We arrived at 8 pm and stayed one night. The lady who welcomed us was friendly and nice. The room was clean and it was placed at the third floor connected with a steep stair, so ask for a first floor room if you have problems with that. Homemade cookies and cakes for breakfast with just coffe and milk. The place is strategic for surroundings and the view from the room was lovely in the morning.
Review 8：The shower room was of a poor standard, in fact the shower support fell to bits while I was using it and the water was coming out of the tube. I stayed two days but the towel was not changed so it stayed damp. The heating in the room didn't work as the temperature dropped outside. There was a lot of dust on rails (picture rail?) where it had not been cleaned for sometime. Sat on the toilet facing me at eye level, I noticed that there were some brown marks in between the wall tiles...it looked like dried shit...which it probably was! The evening menu was poor for the evening with very little choice, I chose steak but they didn't ask me how I wanted it done...so it came out rare which I didn't particularly like. Their standard of English was poor so it was not worth complaining. The breakfast menu was also poor, no fruit, no cerial....just sweet cakes and warm bread that was suppose to be toast! On top of this they lost my passport, with 4 of them looking for it...they found it in the end amongst the dishes as they had to dry it off.
