Review 1：Didn't have hot water, and when you spend over $100 a night, that should be a basic. Nothing was included, breakfast, or even bottled water in room! Much different than other Holiday Inns I have stayed at. Plus not in the best parts of town

Review 3：Rooms need to be remodel. The bathroom overall they are quite old. Alo the few amenities in the bath room should be of a better quality. The shampoo don't make any foam and the toilet paper was a very poor quality

Review 5：The checkin was very slow as they never had any info from booking.com and even with my confirmation number it took awhile before they could find my reservation

Review 6：The gym is too small and crammed with machines. There is really no room to properly train. the swimming pool is small. It is good for winding down, but not for swimming. the room they gave me had a problem with the air conditioning: it was super noisy and reeked of humidity and mold. When I brought the issue up the staff handled the issue very well and promptly moved me to a better room.

Review 13：The hotel is situated in a great location in Zone 10. There are numerous great restaurants to choose from within walking distance. It is located within 5 minutes from La Aurora airport. The free Wi-fi was excellent.

Review 14：This is definitely not a 4 star hotel in its current condition. The parking garage entrance is setup for British right hand driving vehicles. The entire facility worn out. The bathroom in every room we moved into has issues. I was very disappointed with the condition of the hotel.
