Review 3：The room had 'air conditioning' but it was not possible to adjust the temperature below its stated 24C (actually more like 22c) which was too warm for sleeping. The wifi didn't connect to the internet. The Sky facility on the TV didn't work (although that was corrected while we were having dinner. 'English Tea with milk' provided for room service had no milk and herbal tea.
Review 4：We had upgraded to a suite, which was spacious and comfortable, although we were initially given a large double, as on arrival they couldn't find the booking. Moved room after 15 minutes, so ok.
Review 5：We booked the hotel whilst visiting family living in the nearby town , the staff at the hotel were excellent prior to our arrival arranging transfer from the airport which suited our 'door to door' requirement. This level of first class service continued throughout our stay , the hotel facilities are outstanding and represent tremendous value for money. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone from what we could see the hotel is by far the best available in the area
Review 6：Generator noise off and on outside all night. Wifi did not work in the bedroom but good in reception area. No dinner available on a sunday night.
Review 7：Booked twin room but got a family one -huge room with comfortable king size bed and two other beds -very grand. Lovely outlook over their beautiful gardens. Great parking onsite and close to motorway. Adequate continental breakfast. Great hotel for families. Great price for b and b.
Review 8：We only had an evening meal there once, but it was enough. It took 30 mins for the prima piatti to arrive, despite us being the only ones in the restaurant. Having said that, the first course was lovely. The second piatti was also late, very small, and only just warm, and all came out at different times. Disappointing.
Review 9：Great rooms, very big (we had a quadruple family room with loads of space for all of us). Clean and quiet. Lovely gardens with fountains,waterfalls and pool.
Review 10：Not overwhelming on atmosphere, and unfortunately their restaurant was closed and the closest choice was very underwhelming, particularly after a holiday with nothing but excellent food. Breakfast very basic but at the overall price of the stay ok.

Review 16：The carpet was dirty. We could not get WI-FI to work and after several trips to the front desk we gave up. We needed WI-FI for work and checked out after one day. The hotel seemed to be very short staffed, the one gentleman at the front desk was being asked to do too many things at once.
