Review 1：minor drawbacks: - no double blankets - bathroom could use more conditioning - gets really hot in the night cause the heater turns on - water in the pool is too chlorinated - no tea facilities in the room

Review 2：+ convenient location - close to slopes and lifts and the only supermarket at the village + clean and comfortable rooms + very helpful and friendly staff + breakfasts and especially dinners - a huge choice of incredibly delicious food + mountain view from the balcony

Review 5：This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Everyone that works here are so kind. Everyone from the reception to cleaning to the restaurant. The rooms were very clean and in good condition. We also had half board and the food was incredible. The taste, the variety and the plating.

Review 6：Wifi was advertised but too poor to be usable. Plenty of 4G coverage in the area though. The 'tea' in the sauna area was undrinkable! I think it was supposed to be 'healthy'.

Review 7：Short walk to slope. We left our skis/boots with rental shop next to slope, so the walk was even easier. Great food. Excellent sauna, pool, steam room...

Review 8：Difficult to fault the hotel at all really. If there was one area which we felt could be improved, that would be the food. For several mornings, the scrambled eggs at breakfast contained chopped ham or bacon, no very good if you're a vegetarian and some of the evening menus lacked a little thought in this area to. Having said this, requests for alternate arrangements were dealt with in an obliging manner and with minimum fuss. Generally the food was of a good standard.

Review 9：Warm welcome from management upon arrival. The rooms were very spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Even though we appeared to be the only English staying during the week, we were very well looked after. The staff generally, were terribly efficient and were always accommodating. An enjoyable stay.

Review 10：The staff were welcoming and helpful from the outset. The room (superior deluxe) was comfortable and spacious, plenty for our needs. Breakfast and dinner had wide range of fare on offer and it changed day to day so you did not get the same options cropping up all the time. The hotel also ran a couple of themed nights for the dinner service whilst we were there which was a nice touch.

Review 19：We loved the food at the hotel, even though we are tough foodies. Although there is not a lot of personnel, they are always attentive and nice, going out of their way to make your stay more comfortable.

Review 20：Quiet town, no night life Unaware that this was an enforced naked onlyspa (and there was an item printed in the daily newsletter claiming thatwearing swimwear is toxic to yourself and other guests, which we feltwas aimed at us after our first night)! Food was really patchy...somenights good, other nights really quite awful. They should stick to thegood regional cooking that they did really well rather than trying tocomplicate 'modern' dishes
