Review 2：We were met and welcomed by the owners. They had even managed to keep us a carapace in the tiny road outside their place. They helped us take our luggage up to the room. They took time to suggest where we could walk to to eat. We had a great breakfast the next day. They also warned us of the expected forecast of storms and by 930 am the rain started. All in all very considerate and most welcoming.

Review 3：The owners of the villa treated me like family. I've never had this level of service before. It felt like I was getting 5 star treatment the whole time. Would highly recommend staying with them if you're in the area.

Review 4：The owners are a very friendly, humourous and easy going couple and make good company. They go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We especially enjoyed the home cooked dinner.

Review 9：Our hosts, Matteo and Selova, welcomed us with a glass of prosecco and regaled us with stories about the history of Nervi and Genoa. They made us feel like family. The location, comfort and warmth of Locanda Villa Moderna are superb. Breakfast is delicious too!

Review 10：It can be difficult to find a place in the street to park a big car. You can hear some noise from the room beside.

Review 11：The kindness of the young owners, always ready to help and give all the informations you need about their region. The charm of the house, close to the seafront promenade and the station where you can get a train to genova centre ( only 15 minutes ). The excellent home-made breakfast.

Review 12：Really nothing. You need to consider that Nervi is very close to Genova and thus no nice area to swimm and sunbath. Also I missed some more nice restaurants in town.

Review 13：Very friendly, nice and clean rooms. WIFI is really working not like in all other accommendations. Bfst was good as well as location. There is free parking in front of the house. Consider that space is like in all Italian villages very small and you might have troubles with a bigger car.

Review 19：i guess i got the only not-yet-renovated room, bathroom was old and not really clean, breakfast was good but not exceptional, rates high compared to other properties in town, no parking (that is public street parking)

Review 21：It's far from Genova city center and the transport is not straightforward. There is no near parking area although they claim there is ( in the website). We had to park far with quite a climb from the hotel .

Review 22：It seems a private home was renovated to be a hotel. Very nice house. The couple who own and work their are very kind and helpful. The room is very clean . Break fast is tasty and good ( They are preparing everything themselves).

Review 25：The issues we faced were all outside: 1. hard to find the location even with GPS; 2. no reserved parking possible: I eventually had to try find a spot at a distant public parking. Even if you arrive early enough to grab a parking spot near the hotel, you really have to have decent driving skills to park without any damage incurred to your car.

Review 28：Seloua & Matthew are excellent hosts in a beautiful villa in a cozysuburb of Genoa, Italy called Nervi. Our hosts were attentive to everyand any need before we even thought of it. We felt like we were visitingour favorite relatives (without any obligations). Matthew cooked us adelicious authentic italian meal for our last night in the area. Lookingback at our whole vacation, all of us enjoyed that meal the most!

Review 31：Great location only 20mins to Genoa city centre if you want to visit the city. New owners are very friendly and helped us to get to know some places around Nervi and Genoa. Very near to the fantastic "passeggiata Garibaldi". Nice breakfast. It is a nice place to relax and breathe good air.

Review 32：When we booked the hotel it said there was air conditioning - sadly there wasn't any and it was a hot day so it made sleeping quite uncomfortable.

Review 33：Nervi was not like in the harbour pictures, nothing much there. One waystreet and have to drive to the top to turn the car. Observe iron on thestep, we tore lose the rear bumper, even with rear camera. My fault, butanyhow. Difficult to communicate with owners in English.
