Review 1：It is a big, corporate type hotel with less charm than many smaller boutique hotels. But, you know this upfront when booking from its pictures. It would be ideal for business travellers (corporate center, gym, etc.)

Review 2：Excellent fast WIFI. Spacious room with very comfortable king bed. Location is close to the airport and a shuttle bus is provided (10-15 min shuttle).

Review 11：The pool had a swimming aerobics class that took the entire pool at the prime time when guests would normally want to swim. The high taxes make the hotel pricey and it should come with breakfast which it doesn't.

Review 13：We got in late and the staff helped us get settled right away into the most comfortable room we had during our entire trip (we toured the southern half of the country). Wifi was fast, room service exceeded our expectations and was there quickly, check in on the 9th floor was a nice experience too. We were in the hotel less than 12 hours before we had to depart, but overall we were very impressed with their commitment to making it a flawless and comfortable experience.

Review 17：Everything - staff was most helpful and friendly....everything is within a short distance & actually the hotel is above a mall! The food is great & the rooms are fully equipped. The pool is heated and the gym is pretty great, but the change rooms are remarkable - first class all the way!!!

Review 18：Taken money up front then charging again rather than refunding on the day. Also trying to take payment a day before arrival. Not sure when we will get this refund either.

Review 19：We ate at one of the restaurants our first night there, and three of the four of us got quite ill. That could happen anywhere, but it's a problem. The manager met with us, expressed concern and comped us somewhat. Overall, I liked the hotel enough to stay again, but am quite wary of food safety.

Review 20：The hotel's location is excellent, adjacent to a large modern mall (Miraflores) and other shopping and restaurants. We chose a concierge level room, and we were not disappointed. Each room has its own router, so internet was not an issue. Rooms are spacious and nicely appointed.

Review 21：Don't know how great the location is if you wanted to see the 'sights' of Guatemala city - it might be a bit far out? (We just stayed there as we had an early flight the next day so we didn't leave). The amount of tax they add on is a fair bit (be aware of the extra if you book it through this - there is a tax & then a 'tourist' tax on top)

We had a 'royal' room which meant we got free drinks & canapes on the evening (which was a surprise - I just booked it through booking.com & didn't realise). Great place if you want a bit of luxury whilst staying in Guatemala city.

Review 23：We made 3 calls to get extra hangers and when they finally came we got 1/2 of what we requested. We called three times for ice and bananas and they never came. Our toilet kept not flushing. Our son ordered room service and it never came.
