Review 1：The owner is far too concerned about the cleanliness of the swimming pool and won't let anyone in without a swimming cap on. The villa doesn't offer lunch so we bought food from a local shop and bought it back to eat outside on the veranda. The owner scolded us and told us we were not allowed to eat lunch even though there was no lunch on offer in the villa. We borrowed a knife and fork and were also hassled a number of times to return them on the grounds that we may use them as a weapon which seemed very bizarre. These may seem like small things but they impacted our enjoyment and how welcome we felt during our stay. The owner seemed more interested in keeping the area clean than in making sure we enjoyed our stay. The other staff were friendly and helpful. We were also offered a lift to town one night which we thought was very nice and tipped the guy who drove us only to later find out that we had been charged 20 euros for the lift - a charge we weren't told about at the time. I would have driven otherwise.
Review 2：The villa is in a beautiful location with pretty grounds and is very close to Cortona which is very pleasant and has some great restaurants for evening meals. It also has a spectacular veranda with a great view for sunset evening meals.
Review 3：The price of the room was expensive. The hotel is a bit jaded, situated off the beaten track, up a narrow road. We had one meal at the restaurant and it was very disappointing and very dear for what it was. The Wifi was available in public places and the signal was very weak at times.

Review 5：The air conditioning unit in our room had a pipe that filled up a small tray with water rather than channelling the water outside. The tray was too small to contain all the water produced during the night so you had to either wake to empty it or let it overflow onto the floor. Lots of wasps near pool.

Review 7：The aircondition was very noisy, but that was the only thing about our stay that disturbed us. Everything else was great!

Review 12：Actually everything on the Hotel was a positive experience. Location is good, quite in the nature on the top of a small village where you can enjoy good view and relax your soul. Rooms and facilities are romantic and give a nice feeling of privacy inside the Villa Area. Ideal for couples but also families and groups of friends, also to enjoy some wine etc. on the terraces. Staff is very friendly and helps out with good hints about seighseeing trips in and around Toscany area. Breakfast has good quality and also the restaurant is a good choice to stay in the evening when you come back earlier from a city trip - so its defenitely a very good place to stay since you get everything you need and quality is good! Also price level of the Villa restaurant is fair, equal to other italian restaurants in Toscany area which makes it comfortable to choose where you will enjoy dinner! Thanks for the very nice stay!

Review 14：Beautiful setting and an excellent, friendly staff, who did not let a power failure (due to a storm) knock them off stride, instead serving a wonderful dinner by candlelight before the power came back.
Review 15：They have a great and friendly restaurant, unfortunately were the specific tastes of the food too strong. (for example the spaghetti with lemon, was almost sour instead of freshen) Beside this setback there were no more!
