Agriturismo Il Belvedere is a farmhouse in the heart of Tuscany, near Cortona and between Arezzo and Sienna. It offers apartment accommodations, country views and large gardens with a pool.
The Belvedere's self-catering apartments provide a fully equipped kitchen, wood-beam ceilings, antique furnishings and typical Tuscan terracotta floors. Satellite TV is available in each apartment.
You will have free use of the shared barbecue facilities, mountain bikes and the outdoor pool. The gardens and pool area are furnished with tables, chairs and lounge chairs.

Review 1：Need to know that there is a great kitchen but without any food so it will be wise to bring some "small" things like sugar, salt etc.

Review 4：kind and likable owner, fabulous location, the apartment we were given was spacious and very much in keeping with Tuscan decor and tradidional farmhouse architecture, the facilities looked as if they'd been recently renovated, vast pool overlooking the Tuscan countryside and bang in the middle of a very pretty lawn

Review 5：Everything is outstanding, the lovely host (fluent in English), the facilities (beautifully kept, big pool, bbq), the view and location, the spacious room with airco, great beds and the best equiped kitchen we have seen in Tuscany and all is so clean. We loved staying at Il Belvedère and will definitely return!

Review 22：The apartment is very spacious and cozy, with plenty of comfort and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. From Il Belvedere is possible to go to several nearby towns just about 20 minutes by car, as the unforgettable Cortona. Our stay at Il Belvedere was short, but rightfully so, has left us longing and desire to want to stay longer. Max, the owner is one of the most friendly, kind and helpful people we met on our trip in Italy. We wish returning one day to this lovely place, full of tranquility where I witnessed the sunset most amazing I've ever seen in my entire life. Il Belvedere is 10 in all aspects and highly recommended if you are driving through Tuscany.

Review 23：A really great place to stay, very clean and very cosy. Nice pool, great view, a truly nice and helpful host (Thank you Max), good facilities. Our small daughter loved the play-ground. Florence, Siena, Montepulciano are all reachable in max 1 hour, while the picturesque city of Cortona is very close.

Review 26：Perfect location. Beautiful view across the typical sunflowers towards Cortona. Great garden with beds and a large swimmingpool. Appartment well equiped for a wonderful stay to discover this area. Owner Max is a great host, who will do his utmost to make you feel at home.

Review 34：The location was amazing! The views of the pool and surrounding countryside were fantastic to wake up to. The apartments were well stocked with everything you would need, there is also a BBQ area you can use at any time. Max was a wonderful host. We will be back :)

Review 37：Lavendar, herbs, roses -- it's all here! The scenery is gorgeous. The proprietor, Max, is wonderful and helpful. Near to tourist locations, grocery, the outlet mall and typical and well-priced restaurants. Max's remodeling of the accommodations were done with great care and included many updated conveniences. Clean and lovely rooms for a couple or family.

Review 38：My navigation had trouble finding this place. Visitors should bring amap print out if they do not want to ask for directions. Also you haveto drive to Castiglion Fiorentino which is located about 6 miles awayfrom the hotel to find anything to eat. So either bring your food or beready to drive some distance to find a place to eat. The view of countryside is great so we didn't really mind the 15 minutes drive.

Review 41：With a car we decided to stay at Agriturismo Belvedere instead of a hill town such as Cortona and we loved the hotel and location. Our apartment was very spacious, comfortable and immaculate. Max, the owner, speaks fluent English and is very helpful with directions and advice. The countryside is beautiful and the spacious grounds offer a huge pool and an array of lounge chairs in a garden setting.
