Review 1：we had a room next to the lift and cleaning room, the cleaning lady took out her things early in the morning, although she left it stand in the hall and didn´t use it in the morning, she made really noise
Review 2：nice hotel in the centre and main square, short walk to the old town, lots of restaurants near the hotel, it was clean and large enough
Review 3：The hotel was in an amazing little historic town by a great plaza filled with amazing food and gelato, this town felt very authentic and was not overly touristy. The hotel itself was fairly basic, the staff were very nice and very accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable but nothing over the top. The washroom was nice and had a decent sized shower.

Review 7：Everything. The staff is very very nice and welcoming. The receptionist (Don't know her name) was very welcoming and gave us a city plan and she tried speaking English with us, which was very good. The breakfast was a buffett and a lot for the money, the coffee was also very delicious. The rooms were spacious, and the view up to the historical center was amazing!! Thank you for that room. The bathroom was very nice - with a shower and a bathing tube. Again, very good value for the money. All in all a very very good stay. Absolutely recommend!

Review 9：For what we paid it was a great place. The staff was extra nice, and its location was between Sienna and Florence. Nice area to travel in and visit wineries. They replaced the mattress as soon as we told them it wasn't comfortable. Very lovely town with surprisingly some night life.
