Review 1：Staff Charged 20-30% more for airport pickup and bike rentals. We decided to pay another hotel for bike rental and airport drop off the very next day. Also, the owner advised the airport pickup rate was cheaper than the regulated taxi rates, however an enquiry at the airport made us realise we would've been better off with the regulated taxi. Wifi as good as non existent. Late checkout request was accepted over email but denied by the owner on the day of checkout.Hospitality industry thrives on honuring commitments， here however, we experienced the opposite. The overall experience left a lot to be desired. Will pay 10-15% more for an infinitely better experience next time

Review 12：The cottages are right by the Agonda beach. It's less crowded than the Palolem beach down south, but the sea is a bit choppy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good and cocktails are average. Price is reasonable. The sunset is brilliant.

Review 16：Super nice staff, would go back there just to see their smiling faces again. Also they have great food and nice accommodation. I felt like home there!
