Review 1：At dinner time or before breakfast you can find nobody to ask or if you find someone they are unpatient, they are in rush.

Review 2：Beautiful view, perfect location. The owner family is nice. The pool is perfect to get rest the end of the day.

Review 3：Air conditioning only comes on at night and I felt I needed it sometimes during the day as it get very hot.

Review 4：Staff very friendly and helpful and the location is wonderful, with the lake just over the road, a sailing and kite surfing centre a very short walk away and decent restuarants up and down the path that runs along the lake shore. Relaxing place.

Review 9：Staff were not welcoming and in the end were very rude and aggressive. The information is not accurate- there is not parking, functioning wifi, air conditioning or catering for specialist diets even on request (mine is not so specialist- just dairy free). Our beds were uncomfortable, the rooms were hot and in disrepair, and we left the hotel after just 1 night with flea bites. There are so many nice hotels around the lake but this is not one of them. We had booked for 2 nights but left after 1 and stayed somewhere else, we still had to pay for both nights though unfortunately. We moved to the B&B part of hotel Tobago in Garda, I would definitely recommend staying there if you are looking around this area.

Review 22：The singleroom (on the backside of the hotel with no balcony) lacked a (outside) clothesline to dry your beachtowel and a hair-drier. I could use the hair-drier in another double room though... Inside the showercabin there was no possibility to put your toiletries, a small shelf would come in handy and also a toiletpaper holder... The flatscreen TV hang next to the bed instead of across the bed... With a few improvements the singleroom could be just as comfortable as the double rooms.

Review 23：The staff was very friendly, especially the 2 girls working in the restaurant and the cleaning ladies. Big thumbs up :-) Lovely swimming pool with nice sunbeds and very clean. Actualy the whole hotel was very clean and nicely decorated with lots of flowers. The singleroom was like the picture so I knew what to expect qua size. Breakfastbuffet was very good: different kinds of bread, cereal, yoghurts, sandwich fillings, cake and pastries. Evening menu was different every day with 3 choices for starters and main course. Enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend it to people who like a small nice clean and quiet hotel.
