Review 4：We stayed here a few years ago and loved it then. The mountains are fantastic, the hotel property is in a quiet area, you don't hear traffic, the room is comfortable, service was excellent and, Chef, the food was delicious! The bikes available were very good to ride into Malcesine.

Review 8：When we checked in, Susanne the host took us around the property, we felt very much welcomed, first rate Hotel. For hanging out, you can't beat your own private beach, that is only foot steps away from the Hotel.

Review 9：The quality of cuisine was substandard for the class of hotel. We booked a table for 8.00pm for dinner in the restaurant and we were asked to vacate our table at 9.20 as the staff were clearing up. We were advised that we could get coffee and finish our wine in the cafe downstairs.

Review 12：On arrival we were given a room upgrade overlooking the lake.The restaurant and evening meal were very good value, service could not be faulted.We will certainly stay here again and recomend the hotel to other people.

Review 14：I made a reservation to a room without lake view (due to the high priceof the lake view), but when we arrived, I was upgraded (without askingfor it) to a at_the_lake room, so, not only with lake views, but alsoright on the beach 10 meters from the lake. It was great. The room wasclean and modern and well maintained. I guess it is one of the mostexpensive rooms in this hotel, and I don't know how are the cheaperrooms in comparison. There is a free use of kayaks and city bikes. Theindoor pool is nice as well. The breakfast is excellent. In summary,everything was perfect!

View directly on to the lake. Wevisited for our anniversary & the staff very kindly decorated ourtable in the restaurant with rose petals & provided a bottle of prosecco-a lovely surprise. The food was fabulous and service excellent.
