Reviews for Fedriades Delphi Hotel
Review 1:A bit pricey and not many parking spaces though. I also don't recommend the restaurant that the hotel gives you 10% discount at.
Review 2:Great, central location, friendly and helpful staff, big rooms with excellent facilities, good heating system (I was there in December).
Review 3:Bathroom a little small but functional. Would have been nice to have coffee/tea facilities available.
Review 4:Very helpful staff, gave us a great dining recommendation and the staff member over breakfast (sorry can't remember your name) was fantastic.
Review 5:Located in the heart of Delphi and just 15 minutes from the archeological sites, the Fedriades is overlooking the surrounding plain and the gulf of Corinth. The very kind and helpful staff offers excellent advise and service, the Wifi ist fast and reliable, parking on location is possible (a service few other hotels in Delphi offer) and the breakfast buffet is 8 Meters long. The most important thing are the rooms: Spacious, comfy, elegant, spotless clean, and - with some luck - a balcony overlooking mountains and the see. Definitely a place you want to stay more than one night.
Review 6:Wonderful staff. Beautiful hotel. Modest but clean and comfortable rooms with gorgeous views of the Sea of Corinth and just a 15 minute walk to the Oracle!
Review 7:The views are stunning but you need a higher room at the front.
Review 8:Lovely staff - very helpful. Comfortable lobby to hang out in with good internet. Plentiful breakfast.
Review 9:Shower a bit outdated. In breakfast orange juice was pretty bad and not natural.
Review 10:Clean room, amazing views, huge bed and nice communal area. They give you sleepers, shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, soap. There's a fridge and a safe. Nice breakfast with local products.
Review 11:The staff was very nice and helpfull and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The location was perfect for a visit to the archaeological sites and for som good restaurants and cafes. There was plenty of hot water for us all and the bathroom was really nice. We would love to stay there again next time!
Review 12:This hotel is only a short walk to the archaeological site and museum of Delphi and close to many restaurants and shops. When we arrived we found we had been upgraded to a room with a view and a small balcony. The view looking down the mountain to the Corinthian Gulf was beautiful! The room was small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
Review 13:Staff very average (one was rather awkward), rooms don't look as modern as what the hotel depicted in its promotional photos. Hot water very sporadic. Sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's not.
Review 14:Great location but then, so do most hotels in Delphi. Comfortable bed which isn't always the case in Greece. Quiet (no noise from hallway or other rooms).
Review 15:We stayed in the Junior Suite at the top of the hotel. What a lovely treat, wonderful view, room, fantastic staff and right in the centre of everything. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Review 16:For the price we thought it represented great value - ALL the staff were very friendly & cheerful. The breakfast also had good choice. Would return for sure when next visiting Delphi
Review 17:You couldn't sit on the balcony (no furniture), very small bathroom, very noisy during morning, not good car parking.
Review 18:Amazing view, very convenient location, friendly staff. Very nice lobby and good value for money!
Review 19:I am a mother traveling with two kids and luggage. When we arrived in the afternoon, the lady at the front had no intention to help with luggage at all. She reluctantly helped me after I asked her two or three times when she can help me. Very disappointing.
Review 20:The location was good but hard to find a parking on the street. The room is spacious with a big bathroom.
Review 21:The bed was too soft, fees wonderful at first but kills your back after one night.
Review 22:The wonderful balcony view, the location, the free private parking, the useful suggestions of the receptionists. Good breakfast, good english of the staff. Nice place to stay while visiting the Delphi wonderful site and museum.
Review 23:The breakfast was not that extraordinary and the waiter was a little too nosey.
Review 24:A great room (top floor suite) with terrace and views over the valley. Modern fittings in a mountain top hotel. Discount at a sister hotel restaurant with even more stunning views.
Review 25:The owner was a lovely man and his staff very gracious. He is a local and grew up in this quaint, amazing, truly awesome, historical village. This is a magical place and if you come expecting luxurious, phony places you will be sadly disappointed. If you come to appreciate profound history and the graciousness of welcoming hosts, you will find the owners and hotel and equity is the village more than endearing. It will captivate you forever.
Review 26:bikes was horrible (but anyway it fun), and for one hour in the evening electricity was switched off in hole city.
Review 27:incredible city, very historical place. from hotel i get 10% discount for dinner. free bike rent. picturesque look from balkony
Review 28:Wi-fi was a bit slow and flaky. Breakfast is not bad but could be better with more offerings.
Review 29:The location was excellent. It was near the archaeological sites and the museum, shops and restaurants. We had an amazing view of the Corinthian bay and the surrounding valleys and mountains from our balcony. Our room had a direct elevator servicing it. The room was newly renovated so it was really modern and clean. Staff are very nice and helpful, too. They even gave us a big bottle of water for free before we left as a take-away. Greece's heat in the summer months could be quite dehydrating so it was very much appreciated to have the water to drink in the car. We had discount at Epicuros restaurant which we consider the best resto in Delphi.
Review 30:It is impossible to use the shower without splashing water all over the bathroom since there is nothing to separate it from the toilet or the sink.
Review 31:The waiter/receptionist; he was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is extremely cosy and elegant.
Review 32:There is a minor noise in the room where you hear the water flowing from the nearby room. I am not sure if al the rooms have great views.
Review 33:Very friendly staff, encouraging you to linger and use the common areas. incredible views from the balcony. Great for arriving in Delphi in the evening, strolling through a very beutiful little village, and then beating the crowds and the hot mid-day temperatures, by visiting the nearby antiquities early in the day.
Review 34:Nothing
Review 35:View from the room was spectacular! The Manager was very friendly and considerate. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was more than adequate.
Review 36:Really loved the staff and their efforts to go beyond what was expected to enjoy the comfort of my stay. Breakfast was really fresh and refreshing, as well as great conversation with the staff.
Review 37:The fact that we only had time to stay one night!!
Review 38:Everything! Newly renovated room, ingenious use of small shower/toilet space, tea/coffee facilities in room, small balcony looking over the street and down in the valley and the sea beyond. Very friendly staff. The MOST WONDERFUL breakfast buffet!
Review 39:the facilities show signs of wear, it could be good to modern the bathrooms
Review 40:the location was good wing with an amazazing panoramic view. the breakfast was a really good value for money
Review 41:The coffee at breakfast was really bad. The staff were swearing at each other and a male member of staff pushed quite violently the female receptionist. He then walked out smirking! This was an extremely awkward moment. They were very nice to us, though.
Review 42:The location is ideal, the view is fantastic, the rooms are very clean.
Review 43:Incredible view from our balcony. Within easy walking distance of the Archeological Museum & the Delphic Sanctuary. Very kind staff. Clean. We booked 3 rooms for our large family & we were accommodated next door to each other. Great breakfast. Good value for money. Exactly what we needed for our stay.
Review 44:The hotel seems to be really oriented towards large tourist groups, not towards individual couples/families. Our room was next to breakfast room: lot's of noise! It was too cold in the lobby to be cosy. Breakfast was nothing special with really bad coffee.
Review 45:The size of the room was great with a separate bedroom for our daughter. The jacuzzi bath was a nice extra.
Review 46:Allocated parking not available, we parked on the main road instead
Review 47:Magnificent views from the balcony Great shower, comfortable room Excellent breakfast Helpful, friendly staff Central location
Review 48:The breakfast didn't have a lot of variety and there weren't many healthy options if any. And they didn't have a high chair for our 1 year old daughter. We didn't really mind, though.
Review 49:We booked a standard double room but when we arrived they had upgraded us to a room with panoramic view - and what a view! The reception staff were very friendly and service-minded. They also provided us with a (really old style but functional) baby cot free of charge.
Review 50:Staff were very helpfull and kind it was great to see a fire when you came in from the cold.very well positioned for the museum ,mountains,Coast our second stay and it won't be our last.
Review 51:The shower was old and tiny.
Review 52:The views from the balcony were gorgeous. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was standard self service but better than most in Europe. Near the archeological sites (15-20 minute walk but the views are amazing).
Review 53:Everything was good
Review 54:Cleanliness, well designed with plenty of storage space, breakfast had almost eveything you could think of that wasn't cooked on a grill. The staff was friendly, helpful, professional. There were no unpleasant surprises, only pleasant ones.
Review 55:Parking might be a problem. We managed to park outside but were off-peak.
Review 56:Location, helpful staff especially one overnight/breakfast -sorry forget name but from Albania! Good restaurants nearby. Easy walk to museum and oracle. Great views from comfortable room with balcony. Breakfast good.
Review 57:Not much really. Not a hotel for those expecting 5-star services. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable.
Review 58:Central to small town of Dephi, close to shops and restaurants. Good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice for breakfast.
Review 59:The hotel was a very short walk to the museum and site. The view from the bedroom was lovely. It was a short walk up the stairs to a good restaurant. The male staff in the dining room and reception were very helpful.
Review 60:Very poor breakfast - dishwater coffee and only fresh fruit on offer was rotting grapes, other items poor quality. Not much space in bedroom Hard thin mattress
Review 61:Quite near the site of Delphi and museum
Review 62:The bedroom was pretty old and the furniture as well In addition to this it was a bit small for two people travelling with a baby (stroller, suitcases, etc.) The babycot was very old, ir occupied half of the room and it had metal ends everywere that were not very safe. But as the bedroom had two king size beds we did not use it.
Review 63:The location is excellent in the centre of Delphi and very close to the archeological sites The personnel were very friendly and helpful Breakfast was excellent Good quality for the price
Review 64:Might not be good for parking during peak tourist season
Review 65:Some view down to the sea, friendly staff, street parking but staff let us park in one protected spot beside their car. Walking distance to everything
Review 66:Woken early by other guests who left breakfast room rather empty of food. Bathroom very small. Room cramped by beds for 3.
Review 67:Friendly welcome Convenient Helpful staff Lovely views Good value
Review 68:1 minor thing perhaps to look at in the future - a ramp at the hotel entrance would be handy for wheelchair access.
Review 69:Great location Very friendly and helpful staff Comfortable room with magnificent views Good sized lift (for wheelchair)
Review 70:Helpfull and very kind staff. Connected rooms for families, with 2 bathrooms. Great location, it is just a short walk to the ruins. You get a map and all the needed information in the hotel. Good breakfast.
Review 71:This was one of the nicest places I stayed during my two weeks all over Greece! Neat little rooms in good condition with great views from the front balconies. Like any budget hotel in Greece, the bathrooms are very small but this one had a better layout than most. Really excellent breakfast, and the hosts were lovely people. They gave us a discount voucher for a nearby restaurant which was also excellent.
Review 72:Too many breakfast items of varying quality (e.g. watery orange juice, coffee); shower/bathtub a bit tricky to maneuver
Review 73:Very friendly breakfast staff; clean and fairly large room with superb balcony view; good wifi connection; Nice breakfast and reception/lougne facilities
Review 74:The hotel lobby is nice. The rooms are very small. We stayed in a family room with 2 separate rooms and 2 bathrooms, but it is all very small and cramped ... Would we book again? No, we would spend more money and book another hotel, but we only stayed one night, so it was ok for us. Breakfast is not good. Orange juice tastes like a chemical thing, it just didn't do it for us.
Review 75:Location: just about 800 mtrs from the sites. Lots of restaurants/tavernes in the neighbourhood. Staff is friendly and are really trying their best... Would we recommend the hotel? No, but it all depends on what your expectations are. For 1 night is liveable.
Review 76:Room furniture and bath were a bit basic. Room is a bit small
Review 77:Location; view from balcony;nice lobby; breakfast. (Note: the balcony doors need to be shut to turn on the A/C)
Review 78:The value for money was excellent - a good location for walking to the places that interested us, friendly staff, clean, and with wi-fi. We were glad to find the place. We got lucky with the parking, so even that worked out for us.
Review 79:location is good
Review 80:parking but found one in 10 minutes just a small walk
Review 81:in an ideal location
Review 82:Feels like a European pension with wonderful view of Corinthian Sea. We will stay there again.

Review 85:Everything was very good including the big buffet breakfast!
Review 86:Liked the lobby. Lots of room and comfortable. We had agreat view. Staff was very accommodating.
Review 87:Excellent location, fantastic view, great breakfast, very helpful staff!
Review 88:Over zealous member of staff at breakfast room. He was enough to put us off returning to this hotel.
Review 89:Great value
Review 90:Bathroom clever but very tight
Review 91:good bed and great views
Review 92:Some areas could do with an update, buffet breakfast could be improved.
