Review 1：no soap in the soap dispensers in the shower and bathroom and no soap bars provided. Even on day 2 nobody checked.

Review 4：Wonderful hotel! The location was great for our ski trip. The room, staff, and food made our trip very relaxing. The room was big enough to hang out after skiing and relax without having to sit on the beds. The food every night for dinner was plentiful, and they even offered to change the menu for our smallest child. The staff were friendly and very helpful, making sure that we were comfortable. Excellent Hotel!
Review 5：the only thing is the inconvenient traffic for who is planning to fly there. The nearest airport will take 1hr+ train and 1hr bus. But if you rent a car, that wont be problem. And there's now lift. If you are injured during skiing, it will become inconvenient to move around. And the clinic around is expensive. You better be insured.
Review 6：the location, the food , the staff , the health center, the free bus for skiing trams and villages. Perfect place for ski lovers , the slope was professional. Beginners can come in Dec - Apr (maybe), as the snow is not good for beginners in Oct yet.

Review 10：Unbelievably rude hotel owner! Breakfast starts at 7:30 while the kids who are there for ski camps are supposed to be ready at the slopes at 8:00. When we came down at 7:00, the hotel owner literally scolded us! My husband said "Good morning", and the lady responded "You are too early"! Breakfast was ready but she didn't want to turn on the lights in the breakfast room. And she kept scolding us for being there too early! Food is only mediocre. Rooms are spacious but beds are really uncomfortable. We wouldn't go there again.
