Review 1：I think they should not ask us to clean and fix the room like the way it looked when we arrived before leaving/checking out to get back the deposit that is an extra amount we have to pay in addition of the nights you're staying. Don't they have someone to fix rooms, change bedding sets, get the used towels and put clean ones, etc.? If you brake something, messed up anything, I understand you should pay for it cause it's your fault. But cleaning? And don't get me wrong, I like to have my house organized and clean, but I'm on a vacation outside my house. Well, that's my opinion and it's the only part I didn't like much.
Review 2：I really liked the place. It was beautiful and clean. My husband and I loved the amazing view of the lake from the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very nice, friendly and kind with us. We didn't have to drive to far to go to restaurants and walk through the center. If we come back next year I would choose to stay during June and July so we can use the swimming pool. This time the weather was kinda cool and chilly. But they have a nice swimming area.

Review 10：It was very unsatisfied that the reception staff was unpoliet, and we used a lot of time waiting for the office to open. Whenever we ask a quistion we never got an answer, when ever it was about a bus, restaurant or any other question, we were asked to go other places to have an answer. Now we understand why the population of turist is falling with 60% this year. Not one single time there was a smile and kindness behavior. There was no accommodating at all.

Review 12：Great location, 5/10 mins drive from Malcesine. Has underground car park for hire care. Right on the lake, beautiful scenery. Can prebook a taxi from reception if you dont have a car but we went to the zoo and theme park etc so a car was great for us.

Review 26：Quite OK. Parking lots could be larger, but after day or two we adjusted. Apartments are clean, each app has it own natural gas heating system. Supermarket, which is in the vicinity, has all necessary food. Staff is helpfull and correct, English and German fluent speaking.
Review 27：Swimming pool is pretty cold. Property is close to busy highway. Therefore, small gates would provide some needed security for the kids. No playground on the propert.

Review 29：The cleaning deposit is a total con. You pay 80 euros deposit for the cleaning of your room. If you clean you room at the end of your stay to the same standard, you get the deposit back. Not a chance, we spent 2 hours cleaning from top to toe, the room was cleaner than when we arrived. Laura (who runs the show with a rod of iron), walked in tutted three times and told us we would not be receiving our deposit, has the room was not clean. When I questioned her decision, her knowledge of the English language suddenly disappeared and she could only mutter in Italian. She did not return our deposit after a 30 minute wait in which she would not talk to me and became very aggressive. I waited and watched the cleaners go to our room, they were in for minutes before the next guests went in. This is a sham and would not recommend to anyone.

Review 31：Surprisingly busy and noisy road outside, that goes all the way around the lake. Hard to get a hold of the staff, reception unmanned for long periods. You have to pay extra for cleaning unless you want to do it yourself.

Grocery store just across the street, and only a few metres from cold, but crystal clear Lake Garda. Nice, but not too big, pool that the kids loved. Free parking in underground parking house. Close to Malcecine, a nice little town with ferry dock and lift up to Monte Baldo.

Deposit- first dayreceptionist told us we have to pay deposit 50 euro for keeping a cleanapartment, the last day she said she will not give back money even theapartment was perfect clean. Ants were in the apartment all the time,nothing was done about it even if we told on a reception a few times! Ihave never met such a horrible service and so not friendly atmosphere!

We had to pay 50 euros as a security deposit and after spendingan hour and a half cleaning the appartment was told, we could not haveit back! The electricity went off several times and the receptionist whowas the only member of staff was not very helpful. The appartment wasadequate, had ants in the bed room and a lovely view of a wall!! I wouldnot recommend anyone to stay there and it ruined our whole holidayexperience! Beds are not made, sheets are left on bed for you to doyourself, not ideal after a five hour car journey. €80 in cash is not a'breakage' deposit, you will not get it back unless you clean theapartment before you leave. We woke at 8am the morning of departure (check out is 10am) to 'clean' the place before we left, talk aboutstress!!! We were asked had me made an appointment to check out?? Themanager in question came to control the apartment twice, verydomineering and brash, ( she was very busy and didn't have time forthis??!!!) ... As for the staff, what staff?? There is nobody there!Recepetion is always closed. This complex could be so fantastic, justinclude the price of cleaning and holiday makers can leave in peace. Thecurrent owners have no idea of the tourism trade, great soldiersperhaps!!!!! I would not recomend this complex to anybodyever!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review 44：Appaulling manageress. Bad mannered, foul mouthed and a complete fraudster. We stayed at 7 Booking.com hotels during our 3 week driving trip to Italy and unfortunately, our stay at Residence Atlantide spoilt the whole holiday. The manageress should not be allowed to be involved in the leisure industry. She makes Basil Fawlty look like a Saint.Your site states that the apartments are part of a hotel, yet when you leave the hotel after your stay, the manageress expects you to wash and polish the kitchen floor with no cleaning products and no mop and takes €50 off you in the process. The apartments have extremely thin walls, so any movement next door can be heard, even when they are using their toilet facilities.The swimming pool has no sun loungers, that are clearly shown on your website.The only bright spot was the independent restaurant next door. That was excellent, good value and run by very caring,polite and happy management team. I strongly recommend you drop this hotel from your website. It was an expensive and very unenjoyable experience, run by a horrible woman. She will only ruin your growing reputation if you do not act now. We have already reported her to the Lake Garda Tourist authourities who are looking into our complaints. We have also looked at your reviews on this hotel and not one single positive remark about the facilities and the management can be found. That says it all.

Review 48：Rats and ants, combined with an unprofessional manager - a bad combo fora pleasent holiday. One day when coming home in the evening a rat ranpast us by the pool area. This was taken extremely poor by managementwhen we approached them with this and we were accused of lying.Extremely unpleasent experience. Further don't drop any food in thekitchen area - within minutes it will be attacked by an army of ants.Rather disgusting. Finally when arriving we agreed with management thatwe didn't need to check out until 12:00, however upon day of departurewe were told this was never agreed, once again accused of lying and toldto leave before 10:00 or else management would have our suitcases andpersonal belongings removed from the rooms. I fail to understand how youcan run a holiday establishment with this attitude. I have neverexperienced anything like this - a good and relaxing holiday was withinseconds changed for the worse. I will never advice anybody to go toResidence Atlantide. Number of sun chairs by the pool could be improved.
