Review 1：Booked through booking.com. On arrival at around 3pm the owner informed us he'd given our rooms to someone else because he hadn't received confirmation about our stay. That is despite an earlier email exchange with him in which he confirmed our booking and no advance payment required. we therefore had to stay in an uncomfortable shack for 1 night until our rooms were available. The other disappointment waśr that the whole area of south goa was a noisy and unattractive construction site. Apparently this is the case at the start of every season because many of the resorts and eateries are temporary and literally built from scratch every year.
