Villa Triana sells fast on our site. Villa Triana is located directly on the beach of Borik/Diklo. It offers air-conditioned rooms and suites with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and breakfast. Facilities also include an outdoor swimming pool.
The villa offers nicely furnished rooms and studios with private bathrooms and refrigerators. Some rooms also have views of the sea and islands, while others have balconies.

Review 1：Although the room was large the bathroom was very very small. Also the shower water went cold after just 10 minutes of use which is not something I would expect from such a luxurious place.

Review 2：The staff was amazing, they were friendly, knowledgable, and welcoming. The view from the room was spectacular. The bed was comfortable and had great pillows.

Review 4：We were upgraded and had a lovely room with a balcony and couch. It was on the 3rd floor with no lift if that is something you have to bear in mind but that was fine for us. The breakfast was great. The view was beautiful and it is a 20 minute walk to the Mama Mia restaurant. We walked into town but that is about an hour away. The staff were very helpful and very pleasant.

Review 5：Villa Triana stands out as a jewel in this area. The pool is tiny but the sea is lapping feet from it. The pool furniture is fantastic. We were offered coffee on arrival but did not have time, the girls found us by the pool the following day and made us beautiful coffees. Easy to get bus to Old Town, Taxi approx €6.00 back. We found the budget room perfectly adequate.

Review 10：The bed was really outstanding. Great view of the bay/sea from the room. The pool area is in the sun all day and is right by the beach. It's fenced off but still easy access to the beach. Aside from the bedroom, there was also a separate sitting to our room. Very useful for unpacking and organising luggage.

Review 18：The extra bed -my bed - in the room was uncomfortable as my friend and I had requested separate beds. Just to say that her double bed was extremely comfortable!

Review 19：It was so very very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I also loved the back patio area - the layout was lovely i.e. the potted plants, the swimming pool, the furniture and the way the gates slid back and you could just walk into the water.

Review 21：Having to pay extra for car parking on site Its very near to a large holiday village so the beach infront of the hotel and the general area around it is very busy with many families. While there was nothing majorly wrong with the hotel it was a disappointment to us and not really what we were looking for.

Review 28：The hotel is out of town in the Borik area but conveniently on bus line no 8 and right on the sea. It's spotlessly clean, comfortable, staff very nice, especially Martina! We were even brought a cocktail while lounging by the pool :-)

Review 31：I am not in the position to give a right feedback to this hotel as I received a key to so called “budget room” in the basement, completely DIFFERENT from that what you see on the pictures. Budget room means lack of space, cheap furniture and 3 out of 4 walls made of tiny plasterboard. I was happy to leave in the early morning. Don’t be blinded by the price – you see pictures of Mercedes but get a key to Dacia.

Review 39：We stayed at the villa for two weeks and our room had not been hoovered once, cleaners only made the bed and changed towels, apart from that they didnt seem to do anything else. The air conditioning was good/working order but absolutely covered in dust.

Review 40：We really liked the food, there was a lot to choose from and everything was really tasty (especially burek!). Location is great, just a few steps away from the sea where we spent most of our time. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Review 103：We loved being right on the beach front of the Adriatic Sea, enjoying the beautiful view and swimming in the pool or sea from sunrise to sunset. Villa Triana is a lovely place to relax and it is close to the old town of Zadar, at a reasonable price.

Review 104：We booked the budget room for two nights, and luckily we didn't book it for longer period. The room was very small for the price and the ventilation was poor in the room. The lighting was dim and irritating. Bathroom and toilet was awful. Its so small. The shower was very small, and i could barely stand and take shower (i am 1.8m). You can't adjust the shower position, so you must take shower as it is. In addition, we had worst experience with the bathroom sink. The water was blocked, and smelly. The swimming pool is not really a swimming pool, its just a baby pool of 1.2 meter deep. The photograph shown in the website is a trick. Indeed, we could have swam in the sea, but the water was too cold when we were there. we stayed in apartments cheaper than this, with a good view of sea, fully equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi, pool, etc. Definitely 10 times better than this hotel. we had to pay 10 euro/ night for parking. however there are free public parking available with in 100 meters. with in the same category of rooms, some of the rooms had good facilities, some had worst. So its up to your luck. In conclusion, this was a bad place for the price we paid.

Review 105：The location was perfect for leisure trip. The hotel has a beautiful view to the sea and the neighborhood is very calm and beautiful. Its not far from the city center, since we had a car. Also, this is the reason its perfect for a calm leisure trip. the breakfast was very good.

Review 106：Small and nice hotel at the beach. No stress :-) We rented bikes and used about 15-20 minutes by bikes to the Old Town. It's no up and downhills so the bike is running by itself....

The breakfast should have more types of jams and bread and fresh pastries, not "oven-burned" ones.We had the airco unit of the floor below on our balcony so got all the noise of it and we are no airco users so not nice. Hairdresser in all rooms and not upon request at the reception. The shower didn't close properly so the floor was very wet.
