Residence Castelli sells fast on our site. The Residence Castelli offers sweeping views out over the lake from its balconies and swimming pool. There are self-catering apartments and hotel rooms available.
Located 5 minutes by car from the charming little village of Castelletto di Brenzone, from the heavily touristic southern end of the lake, Residence Castelli is right on the Gardesana lakeside road. Cross over it and you will be right at the shores of Lake Garda, on the hotel's small beach which has its own pier.
Go for a refreshing swim in the lake or head up to Residence Castelli's panoramic swimming pool. Relax with drinks at the poolside bar, where lounge chairs and sun umbrellas are provided free of charge.
Accommodations at Residence Castelli are scattered among the hotel's olive groves and green terraces. Guests can climb up the mountain or drive around the lake to nearby Malcesine and take the cable car up Monte Baldo.

Review 1：Generally, no problems. Only the roof should be fixed since there was a little leak in one bedroom during the storm...
Review 2：Excellent location, close to local restaurants, shops and attractions (e.g. boat rent). Nice, clean and equipped apartments on the hill with a beautiful lake view. Not expensive in September.
Review 3：Location on busy road, difficult to cross by foot and car (slight curve). We didn't like the shared balcony which gave no privacy at all; some form of partitian would greatly improve this.

Review 13：Crossing the road for the beach (which is otherwise good as none come here except the hotel guests), the location is less convenient for ferry connections and hiking areas - we had to drive every day, missing boiling kettle in the kitchen (we had own :-)
Review 14：Position of buildings in a slope (but some may not like walking the steps), roof terrace in the highest level bouilding (4th) with perfect view (we were lucky with the 2 neighbours sharing the terrace), swimming pool (in our level) small but surprisingly not much occupied in our time, generally quiet place

Review 17：The location is very close to the lake, just a few steps from the beach and has a gorgeous view of the lake. Also the staff was very helpful and nice. We could take walks and hikes from our apartment but there's also a bus stop right in the front of the office that could take you to numerous little places if you don't feel like driving.

Review 19：Every thing is beautiful, the apartment good size fits a family of 4 no matter there age. fully equipped kitchen but no oven no microwave.very beautifull views on the lake and mountains around. nice swimming pool and enough space for sun bedding. small kids play area with slide and swing . me and my family enjoyed our stay. but definitely you will need a car to enjoy moving around and experience all the towns around the lake. there is a spar mini market towards the next town (casttelleto)around 20-25 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive.

Review 26：Great place for vacation at Garda lake, wonderful view from the balcony, 25 metres to the water (!), spectacular view of the mountains. We visited south shores of the lake and realised that we did excellent choice, choosing Brenzone and specifically Residence Hotel Castelli!

Wonderful view from the poolarea. Nice and quiet guests. Good parking place. Perfect with wifi only in the reception-area. Good to be offline at the flat and pool. Its vacation!

Review 35：we rented a 1 bedroom appartment but IT WAS NOT A BEDROOM. The "bedroom" was separated by wood panels that did not reach the ceiling. basically, you are not isolated from the light nor from the noise. It was a big issue for us because we were with a infant and we needed to put him to bed while we stayed up. Also, it was quite pricey for what is was, probably because it was the easter weekend.

Review 37：The location may be called good only if you have a car, otherwise you have to take bus at any time you want to go shopping or to have lunch or dinner (20 min to Malcesine). The busstop is just in front, but there are buses not more than once in 30-40 min. After 10 a.m. the breakfast is finished, so you can't eat even if you are 5 min late. Very small room. The beach is across the road, but there are neither parasols nor chaises longues. Staff not very friendly, they don't even always say "hello".

Review 39：Our only problem was the lack of air conditioning in the apartment. The owner kindly provided us with one desk top fan but it was not very effective given the high temperatures and size of the rooms so we all found it hard to sleep and escape the heat!

Review 43：The type of appartment for 4 persons with sleeping couch in the livingroom is not suitable for 4 adults (2 couples) because the are no real walls (only partitions) separating the bedroom and the living room.

Review 45：Staff, with exception of one, generally rude and unhelpful. Hotel lake view rooms overlook the main road which is very noisey both day and night. This was made worse by loose fitting window in bathroom. I could not recommend anyone to stay in one of these rooms. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Review 47：The rooms badly need air conditioning, also we had a shared balcony/terrace which was not ideal. also the sofa bed was very uncomfortable as were the pillows. The room needed a microwave as there was only a 2 ring hob which was not suitable for a family of 4 to cook on.
