Newly opened in June 2013, Bükkös Hotel & Spa is located in the centre of Szentendre, just 350 feet from the promenade along the Danube River and 6.2 miles from Budapest. With free WiFi, it offers an exclusive spa area and a restaurant.
The spa area at Hotel Bükkos welcomes adults and children above 12 years. It includes a large hot tub, various saunas, a steam bath, and an ice room. A wide range of massages and beauty treatments is available.

Review 3：The air conditioning had been turned off, the room was hot, and the staff could not provide a fan. Our premier triple room consisted of a regular room with a third fold out bed which took up all of the space.

Review 4：I had to pay costs for staying in a hotel twice . once when booking through booking and again at check-out on reception. after explaining the situation the worker receptions apologized and promised to make repayment from the hotel back . It was 9/16/2015 , today - 09/25/2015 'm almost 140 EUR to account returned. I was stealing ? Or?

Review 5：It was a bit difficult to find; our GPS sent us to a different neighbourhood altogether. But a friendly waiter sent us on the right path and to a warm welcome when we found the hotel.

Review 6：This hotel has a nice little spa, comfortable rooms and really friendly and helpful staff. The location is right in the heart of this quaint historic artisan town on the Danube Bend. Just a short stroll to souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel's breakfast was varied and delicious.

Review 26：Price way too much for room. We complained about room which was tiny. It is not included in the hotel photos. It is an odd shape. One side of small bed 180cm bed has about 24 inches of space between it and wall. The other side has the same but includes a fold down luggage rack which comes onto the bed and totally blocks access to the bed. they are over charging for this room and it is not the only one in the hotel as the one next door (on the hotel floor plan) was the same. Probably the same on the other floors as well, I didn't bother checking. They gave a £3 discount per night (5%) as the room was not to our satisfaction. No sign of nor interest by the manager to our complaint.

And... small details that make the diffrence: Is the first 4 stars SPA hotel that I had to buy shampoo, shower gel and removable make up cotton buds. - I never put slippers, cotton pads or shower gel in my baggage when I stay in a 4 star Spa hotel. - No slippers in that Spa Hotel (but you can buy it from reception...) - No removable make up cotton pads. - Very small bottle of shampoo&shower (you can't wash your hair and body).

Review 74：The staff is extremely nice and helpful, from reception to bar and restaurant. A very big plus here! Room was crystal clean, and the bathroom in particular was looking great, all new and shiny. They have a very nice terrace on top of the building. Underground parking is large and clean, and the entrance ramp allows even very low cars like mine to get in (even though it is steep, it's ok). Food (both dinner and breakfast) was very tasty and they offer a vast variety of choices.
