Review 1：It was very good but there are about 40 steps up to the property.
Review 2：Location - Very close to the ferry, restaurants & shops. Good value when travelling on a budget.
Review 3：Located just a few steps up from where they ferries dock. The room was clean and the staff friendly. There's a balcony that gets morning sun where I ate breakfast each morning.
Review 4：The recently renovated room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Beds made every day, with bedding and towels changed every 2 days..run by a lovely family.
Review 5：Noise-reduction could be much better, but this is tipical problem in Greece. Most of the windows are without glass so air condition (working properly) is necessary in high season for sure.

Review 7：We use to stay ın semibasement rooms..could be some protection in the windows for open agains to flies and feel safer during sleep ..we coulnd open the window..

Review 9：The worst rom was given to us, one of the two rooms down the stairs, where there is no view :( We requested a better room from the lady at the reception, the answer was very disappointing; she said that booking.com customers can only have those rooms down the stairs :( We reaaly wonder if this is true because whenever we travel abroad, we refer to book a hotel through booking.com. Review 10：The location of the hotel is perfect, you get off the ferry and you see the hotel after 2 minutes / Otelin lokasyonu mükemmel, şehir merkezinin göbeğinde, feribottan iner inmez otelli görüyorsunuz.Dik bir merdiven çıkmak gerekiyor olsa da sorun değil.

Review 17：We wanted good accommodation for a couple of nights and we found it in the Anastasia apartments. Good local feel to the place. It's up 40 steps from water front but very easy going if you are travelling light and don't have any mobility problems. The room had comfortable beds and was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was small but had everthing we needed.

Review 21：Stayed here for 5 years now. New bathroom an improvement , and not much else needed changing. Very cheap (for Symi) and at that price little to complain about !
Review 22：Very old, barely maintained. The place needs renovation and change of management to even be considered as a descent hotel. We stayed there for a night and had to spend the whole day out to avoid being in the room.

The room was far below standards: there was no ventilation system in the bathroom (it was actually a part of the room transformed into bathroom) and the drainage system of the shower was very bad (it was like a basin filled with water for a long time after use)

Review 64：This little hotel is just behind the clock tower located in front of Symi harbor. The room was clean and, although essential, very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well. The building is white with blue shutters ...and this is really cute. The lady at the reception does not speak English, but she is very kind and we could understand each other for essential things like suggestions for a good restaurant. :) If I will go back to Symi, I will stay there for sure.
Review 65：Perhaps the tiles in the bathroom need an uplift, there could be another chair or two on the large shared balcony ,but these are mere details . A traditional place in a great neighbourhood .
Review 66：As always we had a wonderful stay at Anastasia .The staff Zena was lovely . Very helpful , friendly and hard working . The room and surroundings were clean and welcoming with exciting views over rooftops and down steps to the picturesque port. I felt very much at home there and it is worth the steep climb up steps and then up the spiral staircase .Everything is close by . Supermarket, ferry port , swimming off the dock by the Nireus is exciting . We love this hotel.
Review 67：The girl in the reception spoke English quite badly, she couldn't answer our question about shops and some other locations in the town. The woman, who served breakfast, didn't speak English at all, but she didn't have to :) Air conditioning location is uncomfortable, it flew the cold wind right to our heads, and as it is an old device, we could't change the direction of air properly.
Review 68：the location is great - right nearby the harbor. You don't have to walk a long distance upstairs, like to other hotels. It's quiet a long way to the beach, but you can also bath near the harbor, in front of the big hotel and the most people go to beaches outside the city for the whole day. The breakfast is nice, not very big, but nobody eats a lot before going sunbathing. A room is nice, with two windows, from one of them we had nice view to the sea.
