Review 1：The care and treatment to the guest and pessimo. The officials even respond to a "good day". The team that serves the breakfast, simply ignore their presence, talking to them, without giving attention to the client's request. Pass an image of arrogance and complete lack of preparation. The hotel needs urgent reform. The look and a dirty place, the carpet and very old. People are sisudas. Hostile environment. Only an official treated us well that was a luggage carrier. It was the worst experience we had in Guatemala. La atención y tratamiento a los huéspedes y pessimo . Los incluso funcionarios responden a un " buen día " . El equipo que sirve el desayuno , simplemente ignorar su presencia , hablar con ellos, sin dar atención a la solicitud del cliente . Pasar una imagen de arrogancia y falta total de preparación. El hotel necesita una reforma urgente . El aspecto y un lugar sucio , la alfombra y muy viejo. La gente está sisudas . Ambiente hostil . Sólo un funcionario nos trataron muy bien que era el maletero . Fue la peor experiencia que tuvimos en Guatemala.

Review 14：I actually didn't end up staying in the Hotel. The registrationprocess was not fluid, the keys were nowhere to be found and thefacilities were lack luster. Had that been the end of it, no harmdone, the price was right. However, when I stepped into the room, theair was stale and dark. Once I turned on the lights, I was met by aspider crawling accross the wall. I immediately called the staff, theyarrived and I was able to show them the spider confidently perched onthe curtains. They were understanding and wanted to offer an alternateroom (better as I understood) yet I declined as I did not wantanything to do with the hotel at this point. They were, however,understanding and proceeded to cancel my reservation at no cost (Ithink...I Have to check!)
