Reviews for Agriturismo Costa dei Platani
Review 1:Very nice property, wheel-chair accessible room, family-friendly, nicely decorated with attention to detail, attentive host, great pool, very good breakfast. The living room with the view of the vineyard is a definitive highlight. The location is a 15 minute uphill bike ride from Acqui Terme
Review 2:No WiFi in rooms contrary to what was advertised, very thin walls (could hear neighbors using the toilet next door and people talking downstairs).
Review 3:Lovely picturesque location amongst the grape vines, friendly helpful staff. Incredibly clean rooms and bathrooms. Recommended for couples rather than groups of friends, the extra beds are suitable for children only.
Review 4:Not much to dislike except being ripped off by the taxi we took at the station who charged us €20 for a €10 journey of 3km. Restaurants in town were ok.
Review 5:Very friendly and helpful couple who ran the B&B efficiently. Their local wine and salads we had for lunch on our first day was very satisfying after a long journey from Genoa by bus and train. The local town was peaceful. We were there for a traditional wedding in the hills which was awesome including the 12 course meal. 2 nice spas in town. We went to the larger and got discount as being guest at costa di platani. Good breakfast.
Review 6:breakfast could be slightly improved when compared toother similar accommodations we found, but it was quite OK
Review 7:excellent place to stay, very friendly owners, helpful at all times very nice accommodations, a place to be. we could leave our car behind for one week while making a biking tour: great! the owner also makes his own wine and took his time to give us all explanationsand of course tasting. We can really recommend this place.

Review 19:Peaceful, very welcoming and friendly. Fantastic food and wine.
Review 20:Having to leave!
Review 21:A lovely welcome. Excellent shared lounge. Beautiful building.
Review 22:We had never been to this part of Italy, and picked Acqui Terme for its location in wine country. Chose this B&B because it was top rated in TA. It was excellent. Accommodations very comfortable, well appointed, clean and spacious. Excellent firm bed. Screens on windows! 5 minutes by car from town, yet it felt miles away. Surrounded by beautiful vineyards, nice views. Eggs upon request with nice Italian country breakfast. Fun wine tasting without pressure, with open bottles in put out in the common area afterwards. Some great restaurants in Acqui, we really liked La Commenda.
Review 23:Nothing - couldn't fault it.
Review 24:Amazing location and stunning refurbished farmhouse set in a jewel of a town! The family were amazing and so passionate about the "agri" part (the vineyard) it was infectious. A great tour of the cellar and a tasting session saw us take 30 bottles away and pledge to come back next year. A real gem, do not hesitate!
Review 25:We enjoyed everything! Lovely place - pretty farm with vineyards, freshly renovated rooms, cozy and stylish, with a nice view, big bathroom, wooden floors, free tea in a drawing-room! Owners are friendly and hospitable, were waiting for us till 10.30 p.m. (check-in closed at 8 p.m.). There is a swimming-pool with a view on surrounding hills. The only thing we regret was that we stayed 1 night.
Review 26:If you are looking for a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peace of an unspoilt countryside this is the right place. The agriturismo is nicely furnished, my room (Goethe's room) was large, clean and confortable. I did not try the swimming pool but it looked great. The city of Acqui Terme is very close, approx. five minute by car. Definitely a "will return" B&B in a beautiful area of Piedmon.
Review 27:Friendly reception, spacious room, family of 4. Pity we only stayed 1 night. Attention to detail with interior decorating is beautiful!!! Will stay again anytime.
Review 28:What is there not to like? Amazing place.
Review 29:Fantastic place to stay. Wonderful, thoughtful hosts. The room was very comfortable, clean and cosy. Cant recommend it highly enough, especially the wine cellar!
Review 30:Too far from alba as we were in the region for the barolos and truffles.. takes an hour.
Review 31:Lovely place to stay if you need an accomodation in acqui terme. Interior design was very customized and our room was dedicated to shakespeare.
Review 32:the drive to the B&B is a bit narrow and curvy, but this is typical of the area
Review 33:beautiful setting, good value for the cost, wonderful hosts, excellent rooms, great wines are a bonus
Review 34:This place was heaven on earth; unbelievable scenery outside, thoughtful decoration inside and charming hosts. Clean, clean, clean. I travel a lot and I haven't seen any place as clean as this B&B which as a neat freak I greatly appreciate. You get full privacy and at the same time enough attention and care from the hosts. It was one of my most wonderful traveling experiences and for that I'm for ever indebted to Silvia and Marco. Cheers to your beautiful family
Review 35:No hot water for tea early in the morning
Review 36:Beautifully renovated and finished building. Lovely views. Dog friendly. Welcoming hosts. They even make very nice wine.
Review 37:Absolutely nothing, can't wait to return
Review 38:Highlight of our trip around Piemonte was this agriturismo. The place is gorgeous, very convenient for visiting Acqui Terme and the local less visited but rewarding wineries. Owner and winemaker Marco is extremely helpfull in getting you into the best places to eat and giving you some insight into his winemaking ways.
Review 39:lovely place close to aqui, the wine they make on site is also very good and the owners are great hosts.
Review 40:Very welcoming family made us feel very much like home.
Review 41:I liked all! The place is beautiful itself. The hotel is really cosy with nice hosting. The room were clean and good decorated.
Review 42:Hospitality and nice comfort. Don't miss to visit the wine cellar.
Review 43:Hard to find without sat nab and a bit of a trek into Acqui Terme for dinner
Review 44:Charming vineyard/farm owned and run by equally charming couple
