Review 1：No elevator to second floor requiring carrying of suitcases. No warning that dinner would not be available the second night due crowds of non hotel guests.

Review 3：The electricity is quite unstable, shuts down from time to time, cause a lot inconvenience to consumers. The water basin is stuck, no one fixes it. No hair dryer is provided, as a hotel, I don't think it's proper.
