Review 1：No reception services and nobody is present at night, passcode to enter hotel became invalid on one occasion, had difficulty getting in... Pressed the buzzer for remote assistance and the gentleman passed me a new code over the inter phone. I'm a little old fashioned, I like to see someone behind a desk at a hotel, even at night!

Review 4：we were there in late november, in the room was cold, in the bathroom there is no heat system, the garbage wasn't taken, the bus is not so closed in winter.

Review 6：Room was very cold (3rd floor in the corner, 308 I think). It has climate control that you only switch on when enter it but it during whole night it did not manage to heat it up. They should pre-heat the rooms or adjust the system. Cost saving is good but not to such extent!

Review 7：Check-in guy (Angelo???) was veru helpful. Excellent employee! Possible to order oven baked pizza thats delivered in 20 minutes and costs just around 10 eur. Free WiFi that's super-fast.

Review 13：Our car was broken up at the hotel car park ! I dont understand that a 3 star hotel has an unsecured car park that is a piece of dirty field 200m from the hotel. The staff at work around Riccardo that day very highly impolite , denying even 2 brioche to our children while my wife had not time to take them to breakfast as she was dealing with police and glass company. My wide was even willing to buy the brioche but they even wanted to charge a whole breakfast for that.

Review 30：We was there only one night after flight to airport Orio al Serio and before our trip to Milan For first we thought about some hotel in Milan, but now Im glad we desided for this one It was really easy to get there from airport Price is fine and hotel is super modern It is impossible to find some hotel as good as this for same price in Milan If you are not sure if you want to book something in Milan or in Bergamo (for example in case of wizzair evening fligt) this is the best!

Review 46：Quite noisy as it is mainly used by people changing flights at Bergamo airports, meaning late check-ins and constant flow of people coming and going with their baggage. The walls are also quite thin, so you hear pretty much everything that happens in the corridor or the adjacent rooms.

Review 48：It took ages to check-in and the staff seemed to not see the problem with the fact that there was a long line of tired and overheated people waiting for they turn. Also the rooms are not even slightly soundproofed. There was group of 30 children on the sports camp or something, running around the hotel, closing door very loudly and screaming - we got a room among them and didn't sleep from 6AM because of that. Not to mention that I specifically send an information to the hotel that I want a room on the highest floor possible and I got one in the basement.

Review 49：It was close to the train station but the district was a bit off. The room was very clean but it lack a few amenities that normally a hotel of 3 stars would easily offer especially for this money. The blessing of air condition but then again it's a standard in this region.

Review 78：No staff in the hotel at 23:00, and the entrance is locked. You have to enter your reservation number and last name into a kind of a computer located in front of the door to get it. However reservation number from booking.com is not what you need (ha-ha-ha!). We have tried all possible numbers and IDs we had but failed. Finally called the assistance and received internal B&B Hotels reservation number(!). Later on you have to enter more data, insert your credit card, passport and so on (while I have been charged in advance!). In fact you have to pass a kind of a quest game in real life. 20 minutes to enter the hotel - this is not what I have paid for. Every additional option - breakfast, parking etc. cost money, which makes this hotel pretty expensive.

Comparing to other hotels in Bergamo, this hotel was pretty cheap and had rather good reviews. After my one night stay, I would say it was good choice and I will possibly try other hotels from this chain in future. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well, and was quiet. No noices, although I heard shower from other room in the morning. You can leave with that. Overall simple hotel but quality wise is better than many expensive ones I stayed in before. Comparing to some "4 star" hotels I felt in B&B Hotel like in "5 star" one. Good value for money, and I believe even very fussy customers will be satisfied. :) Person at reception helped me with arranging transport to airport (6 EUR for person). I was happy with transport as well. Reception is open 7-23, but you don't need to do any formal check out. There are no keys, and you pay in advance when checking-in. So in the morning it took me just 3 minutes to leave hotel and enter a bus.
