Review 1：1) the need to renew the furniture . 2) Bathroom need to be cleaned and good maintenance. 3) I request Iron set after one hour they brought it but surprisingly it was not working totally. 4) This hotel was my favorite hotel in Riyadh as location and cleanness and modern and breakfast.. But I am Planning to change to other nearby hotel if the management will not rectify the above issues.

Review 2：1) It is location near markets and in-front of nice big landscaping of King Fahad Library building. 2) Good breakfast but not like before. 3) Very comfortable bed.

Review 3：The hotel forgot to pick me up at my arrival at the airport (it was reserved and confirmed) but they apologized offering me free drop-off at my departure and they paid me the taxi which I took to arrive

Review 5：During weekend weddings are arranged and they continue till morning which will prevent you to sleep. They start collecting the breakfast so early like they are running away.

Review 6：The staff is friendly and helpful but definitelely they need to improve their English. It was one of the best hotels in Riyadh that I have stayed so far.

Review 18：I was actually impressed with the level of inadequacy they had. The staff was not tactful and they had no politeness at all. They lost my booking even though it was fully paid for and confirmed on the system and then they blamed for it because I was late in checking in, even though I called and told them that I was going to be late.

Review 21：Unbelievable neglect of your appointment!!! From the main reception, i came for business.. I arranged with them wake up call and ready taxi at 6 a.m. Imagine no wake up call as I arranged!! And guess what no taxi is waiting as they promised me!! And the night before my appointment as full of noise as they hosted wedding with loud music deafening to the ears I will not recommend it as for businesse stay about!

Review 25：The Olaya street has construction started for an under ground metro. Hence the road leading to the hotel is jammed at peak times. The pillows were too big for me and somehow could not sleep well.

Review 26：The hotel is located in the computer market in Olaya Street. Close to most business and taxi is easily available at any time of the day. Breakfast has a decent spread. For people who do not want to take the breakfast package there are plenty of food joints in the locality. The place is also closer to one of the biggest malls - Al Faisaliah mall which also has a decent food court on the top floor.

Review 27：Quality is people at reception is in consistent! This time he checked me in a room that is not yet cleared on the system. I got in and was changing to sleep and suddenly the house keeping guy barged into my room without even knocking and that was an awkward situation that I was angrily about despite his explanation that the room is not yet clearer!
