Review 1：We were told the price on the website that we booked the room with had not given us the correct price and were charged an extra £15, as it was late in the evening and we were 2 ladies travelling together we had no option but to pay the extra amount, there were no facilities open at the hotel at 8pm when we arrived we were charged for tea in the morning which was un drinkable. There was no wifi and a night club with loud music close by which carried on until the early hours

Review 3：Seemingly unsafe neighborhood but then most of Guatemala locks itself behind fences, gates and barbed wire. We did not like the presence of so many armed people, mostly security personnel not army or police.
