Review 1：Note: All extras are chargeable. Including washing machine, use of BBQ. No kettle or toaster.

Review 2：However, the place was of a high standard, Spotless and had a stunning view.

Review 3：Helpful staff, modern and comfortable apartment, clearness, on site parking, free wifi option, great view from balcony. Very quiet neighborhood, you can sleep with your windows open.

Review 4：Recording studio next door with amateur musicians murdering some good songs. We couldn't sit outside most evenings because of the noise. Internet connection not always available.

Review 7：Very nice apartaments. Helpful personal, especially Filippo. Good equipment kitchen. But not common entrance to the hotel for a big car. The sea was quite and warm. The beach is 10 minutes by car . Not too many people on the beach. We were happy.

Review 8：The added hidden extra's - like the grill shelf for the BBQ, and check out charge (outside working hours) As this was a self catering accomodation with no cooker - it seemed unfair to charge for the BBQ grill shelf - which was the only real means of cooking food. The mattress was really hard

Review 10：The set-up of the kitchen area could be improved; facilities are okay, though. If you happen to have noisy neighbours, you'll hear them. In June the balcony is hit by strong sun both at breakfast and tea/supper time - difficult to avoid exposure in spite of sunshade.

Review 11：Very friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful spacious rooms with comfortable beds and Sardinian artisan furniture. Lovely view from the big balcony (onto the rooves of Muravera and, in the distance, mountains and sea). Good location to start from for excursions. Good place to relax at.

Review 13：This is the nicest place to stay in Muravera. It is beautiful new building with around 12 self-catering apartments. The staff is extremely professional and friendly and takes excellent care of the accommodations. It is peaceful place with beautiful views of the mountains and the sea. The restaurant Marina Gio on San Giovanni beach is must. The hospitality and service are unsurpassed.

Review 19：We loved everything about this place. Very suitable for families with children - it's located in a quite small town and the beach is just few minutes drive away.

Review 21：Welcome basket with tea, coffee, milk, biscuits. Totally unexpected. Host couldn't do enough to help. Great town to bimble around. Enjoyed the singing dog at 7.30 twice a day. Spectacular view.

Review 22：Difficult to understand working hours of restaurants and shops, localpeople poorly speak English, in the end of October most of therestaurants were closed therefore the possibility to cook at home(Petrera) is very convenient..

Review 23：Beautiful, peaceful and queit environment, nice beaches, friendlypeople, perfect ice-cream, awsome fruits, the donging of the belfry(although on the first day it didn't seem so romantic) :)

Review 24：There was only one TV that was located in the bedroom. As well since it was self catering there was no soap or ammenities in the bathroom upon arrival.

Review 25：Very clean, well equipped and great view. The balcony was huge and great place to relax. The beach is only 5 min away and there are several beaches (Costa Rei area, Villasimius within 20-30 min drive). One of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at was only 5 min away (Mariana Gio) and located right in the beach. The TV even had english channels which was nice for late night relaxing. The bed, although firm was very comfortable.

Review 26：location hard to find and narrow streets, but after some time we got used to that, it would be hard without car, so car rent is a must do thing.

As a matter of fact, the residence has a veryquiet and strategic location.
