Review 1：Bathrooms really need an update so does the towel set they use. Front desk people don't feel quite welcoming.sheets could be better, it was cold that night and those didn't work that well. Breakfast is really basic: eggs, beans, jam, bread and coffee.

Review 5：The cleaning carts need SOFT Wheels so that when pushed from room to room do NOT wake everybody. Be able to charge room service to your room and credit card. The WIFI although good strong signal are co- channel sharing same frequency with other routers. Need to change freqs on nevil 3 to channel 9

Review 7：Wi fi was terrible. The whole hotel needs improvement - rooms and bathrooms. The hotel is noisy - staff speak loudly just in front of the rooms.

Review 9：Hotels in Guatemala's capital seem to be overpriced, so less expensive ones like this one aren't going to be very fancy. The restaurant has almost no vegetarian options. Like most of Guatemala City, the surroundings seem a bit dangerous.

Review 11：Hotel is ok, nothing special but staff act like it is a big deal. There is a armed man at the door, which work as doorman and guard, he made us wait outside, at night until they check if we had a reservation, they did not find it but they let us enter afer waiting outside for 10 min. The guy at the front desk does not know a lot about the city so kept telling wrong information.. we were backpacking and since the hotel is mostly used by business people we felt non welcome.

Review 22：we just needed a quick stop close to the airport before our early morning flight. We got more than we expected with accommodating staff, charming atmosphere, room service, and a nice restaurant. They also assisted us in arranging for our early morning transport to the airport.
