Airport is set in a residential apartment in Bergamo, right by the Parco Malpensata gardens and 10 minutes' walk from Bergamo Train Station. It offers simple rooms with free Wi-Fi.

Review 1：For the time of year the heating could have been left on over night
Review 2：Have never booked with cityhub before and was expecting the worst after reading other reviews so was pleasantly surprised by the reception I received. Martha (Madrid) was a delight to deal with and an asset to cityhub. She took time to explain everything to me with charm and a smile and all this a just before official opening time . The staff at the apartment were also very friendly and helpful and the apartment is well located, neat tidy and spotlessly clean with plenty of free breakfast food. Deserves my 8.8 score
Review 3：I liked the place. The hotel is perfect for people who need to go to the airport or just came from the airport. The breakfast is packed so you can take it away or you can eat it there. It was sweet, but very good and tasty. There were even additional snacks to take. The kitchen is very well equipped, like at home. It was very clean!! Very clean. The bathroom was shared, but still it was very good and we felt like it was only for us. It is not so close to the centre, but in the reception they tell you exactly how to go and give you all instructions and hints. Few steps further from Airport hotel, on the other side of the street, there are two very very good restaurants, you have to go to both of them!

Review 13：Very good value for the money. Close to the railway station and city square, unfortunately ours room window was facing local church and we could hear the bells every hour. Breakfast was included into the price, typical italian one, toast bread, jam, chocolate butter, milk, coffee, juice. I recommend this place if you want to go to the airport fast. There's even a bus number 1 stop (to the Airport) around 50 m from the apartment.
Review 14：Check in at another place then Hotel. No staff in Hotel. Breakfast - self service and if you are not first - its your problem. Not much left for us, just lot of waste on the tables from other quests. Coffee machine was not working

Review 19：this hotel was the worst hotel experience in my life, including 10 years of backpacking.. I arrived in the evening with my 1year baby and outside were 12 degrees and raining. Then the temperature went down during the night. The room had the same temperature as outside and there was NO BLANKET to cover ourselves. We were freezing all night long, could not sleep at all because of how cold it was. We were in town in a short break between two flights so didn't have any extra clothes with us, just a tshirt to sleep in. I ended up sleeping with my jeans and rain jacket and I had a scarf round my head and I covered my baby with the towels. I tried to take off the window curtains to cover ourselves but I didn't manage to, they were too high... I had to take 3 hot showers during the nights cause I couldn't feel my feet and knees, this is how cold I was. There is no receptionist on site and nobody cared that we didn't have a blanket. I called the only number they gave me and the guy said he will call me immediately back but never did; he didn't give a damn. And I get it: you can't make everybody happy and sometimes get complaints, but frankly they were playing with our health, not just a bit of lack of comfort...Two days away, I am now still in bed with high fever and still haven't recovered. My advice: stay away from this accommodation! There are much better choices at 50 eur, with decent conditions and more caring staff. PS: and I didn;t even mention the planes you can hear all the time over the building and the church bell that goes off at 7am and then you can hear it every 15 min...Church is next to the B&B.
Review 20：Reception and the apartments are located in two different places. Requesting extra fee for leaving our luggage on the reception overnight - not very friendly attitude!
Review 21：The bells of near-by church are on from early morning. Figuring out how one can take a shower with warm/hot water may be challenging. Self-catering breakfast requires some puzzles to be solved in the morning, but once one goes through the learning curve, it turns out to be quite nice.

Review 23：It was extremly hot in the room, so neither of us for hardly slept anything. There were four rooms occupied, and there were not breakfast for all of us.

It was really clean, the rooms match the pictures (modern, well-lit), there is a little shared balcony (really cool if you smoke). Overall, it's a really nice place, we totally recommend it !

Review 40：The room smelled quite strong of smoke. The stuff just sprayed some scent to cover it...but with no success. The bed has a small and light cover. no additional covers are available if its cold.

Review 81：Hotel caters to guests from the airport Orio al Serio. It is therefore strange that the reception is only open until 00. I think that for this type of hotel reception should be 24-hours open, that there was no need to call up the hotel several times before the arrival. The breakfast was poor, but it was expectable.
