Review 1：- The staff is amazing, they really make you feel at home. - I stayed at two different huts and in both the beds were great, huts are very clean and the view is incredible! - Food in the restaurant was really very good. - The property is located in the most beautiful part of Agonda.

Review 10：At new common homes they fully understand the meaning of the word hospitality. Every individual works towards ensuring the guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Food is good. ....location is unbeatable. Cleanliness of washrooms and linen is truly impressive. One would assume that hut accommodation will be a make shift room but these cabins are indeed so charming n so so very well kept that it's worth every penny paid. For me if it's agonda I will never explore any other place. Cannot ask for more. Superb place n superb effort put in by every member who works there.keep it up.!

Review 12：There are 2 properties one close to the beach, one not. This was not clearly mentioned on the website (also not after a phone call). What else we did not enjoy was the attitude of the manager and being so rude to us. Also the prices in the restaurant a little on the higher side for beverages. The room is okay, though the bed is hard and it was not fully clean. All in all the atmosphere was not good and we do not understand where the good ratings come from. Furthemore constructions were going on, which made the place very noisy. To have a good time at the beautiful Agonda Beach we would recommend a homestay with locals but not this place.

The rooms are clean & spacious, and excellent value for money & the restaurant serves excellent food. There are also many other good places to eat in the area, with a wide range of choice on offer. I would definitely come back to stay here in the future & would not hesitate in recommending this lovely, peaceful, and well-run retreat in beautiful Agonda.

Review 19：The property was not ready and under construction. Many of the services we paid for were not provided since the reception room, restaurant , and many other facilities have not been build yet.. We had no internet connection for 3 days and when the connection worked it was really poor and worked only in certain areas.

The staff & the hotel manager in particular were very helpful, friendly and relaxed (a nice change after the north of India), and definitely made our stay nicer. the facilities in the room were slightly on the basic side, but included everything we needed (AC, bathroom, anti-mosquito stuff). Wifi worked well most of the time - there was some connection problem at some point but that was resolved quickly. Overall, a very nice and relaxing experience!!

Review 43：Its very cozy but with the marvelous view. Its not very often when you see waves roaring at your backyard, the sand, the beach and most amazingy people. Being the only indian couple there I realized the other tourists were living so happily like a community they use to greet you, talk to you share their experience,you can feel the warmth in that particular place.The day when I get there Karan made me feel really comfortable. He is a gem. Ritesh,Jeetu,sanjay the staffs were so friendly and helpful. The best place to visit in south goa.

Review 53：At the quite beach (especially compared to north goa and more busy Palolem. Bed was good. I would come back some other occasion. Manager was very friendly. When hiring a scooter you can go to Cabo do Rama beach some 40 minutes to the north and you probably have a small beach for yourself only at 'Mi Amor' restaurant. Fatima's guesthouse opposite the street has a great kitchen, good atmosphere. no mosquitos if you put the fan at lowest. Did not need the AC in january. Quiet en silent place perfect for un-stressing. A by scooter only 12 km to Palolem.

Review 57：For me the was a GREAT PLACE. Quiet relaxing, helpful staff. Breakfast every morning overlooking the sea. Happy hour in the evning, nice food, always tasted good. All the guests were friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough and I hope i get back there some day. Agonda beach is a very peaceful quiet place. LOVE IT
