Review 2：Staff extremely friendly -- breakfast amazing omelettes and cappuccino on request - Kelly the daughter is so helpful loaned us toys for our twin girls and found us a nice pool in nearby town. They also will pick you up and drop you off in their van! Very family oriented and a wonderful place to stay

Review 3：Wonderful welcome with cup of coffee. Fantastic staff - really friendly and helpful. Best breakfast yet in Italy - all home made and freshly cooked to order. Excellent air-conditioning when it mattered!

Review 4：Wow what a great reception!!! We arrived on a super hot day and Nadia at reception offered us a glass of water, helped us carry our bags and was the nicest receptionist ever. Hotel breakfast was even better than fantastic!

Review 7：The warmest welcome in Italy, superb room, fantastic staff, great breakfast. Overall a totally amazing experience. This hotel and the level of service is of the very high standard that all hotels should try to attain.

Review 8：The decor is elegant but somewhat old-fashioned. Rooms with no view but absolutely quiet. At the restaurant, no fresh seasonal fruit only bananas and apples (in summer!!!). No seasonal vegetables either: cauliflower in vinegar ;:(

Review 9：Amazing how high the standards are in this 3* hotel: large rooms and bathrooms with daylight, complimentary water in the fridge, complimentary bottle of wine, "à la carte" breakfast service better than a 5* hotel (crêpes, hot homemade chocolate), bathrobe and slippers. All our requests (rooms on the same floor, close to each other,one with twin the other with queen-size beds) were perfectly taken care of.

Review 10：The hotel location - not situated in a prime site at Acqui Terme. Rundown neighbourhood and closeness to the main train track makes the site not ideal for those interested on a romantic Piedmont stay.

Review 16：We loved the Jacuzzi and sun terrace on the roof, family run hotel with fantastic staff who smiled and offered coffee on arrival, gave detailed information about the town, very happy atmosphere, we were upgraded to a huge room and had a really lovely time!

Review 19：Staff are wonderful, can not be more helpful and kind. Seeing my wife's birthday from her passport, they, on their own, prepared a beautiful fresh tart cake and sang happy birthday to her. Very clean, quiet, well located, friendly, and fairly priced. The best!

Review 42：The terme accommodation ( normal water) are a bit old smelly and unattractive! Solarium very crowded. But, after we asked where to go for a real terme. They worked out everything for us and it was absolutely magnificent. An unbelievable experience.

Review 50：We enjoyed a very warm welcome at this exceptional hotel. It is located close to the centre of Acqui Terme and we had no problem parking nearby in the hotel's reserved places. Our request for a vegetarian meal was 'no problem'; in fact a delicious dinner was personally prepared for us. We found the hospitality here almost overwhelming and couldn't recommend more highly. Acqui Terme itself is a lovely town (or is it a small city?) and the Hotel Acqui is a credit to it.

Review 51：Everything is perfect there: staff are attentive, the bed comfortable, room clean and spacious, breakfast plenty of food for order included eggs any style & the price reasonable. We felt we're home during the stay!

Review 55：The lovely, kind Gianna who owns the hotel is a real asset. She so obviously cares about all her guests and nothing is too much trouble for her. The food is amazing and such good value. Everything is home made and even the wine is very cheap and yet excellent quality! The location is also perfect, being right in the centre.
