Review 1：It is really not a big issue, but having a microwave oven in the kitchen would be quite helpful, especially when traveling with kids.
Review 2：Everything in the hotel is new and clean. Kitchen is equipped pretty well.Very friendly staff. Alessandra had contacted us prior to our arrival in order to provide directions. The place itself is very relaxing and peaceful. There is a beautiful view to a surrounding mountains. You can even hear a waterfall, which is ~ 500 meters from the hotel.
Review 3：Amazing staff - Alessandra is fantastic - she helped with everything from finding a baby sitter, arranging cot beds, shuttling us to another ski resort when the lifts were closed due to high winds, finding a lost passport... The location works perfectly in combination with using the lockers next to the ski rental shop to keep boots and skis over night. And the spa right behind the apartments is a massive bonus.
