Review 1：We had booked for too long as we found not as much to do as we had expected so we left a couple of days early.

Review 2：Delightful staff. Our restaurant waitress Olive new all of us by name and made us feel so welcome.

Review 3：The pillow is too firm for my taste. No halal food in the restaurant. The spa standard need to be improved. The quality of the massager is terrible.

Review 4：The location is super! Just 2 minutes walking to the beach where the snorkling spot take place. You can use the facility of next condo to take the children see the sea turtle and take the pony ride by the beach. Love the open air bathroom. During we stay there's no mosquitos at all which is quite weird for Indonesia tropical weather. The spa is just next door, lovely. But the quality is dissapointing.

Review 5：Not much to dislike, breakfast servings were on the small side so we always ordered more, but prices are very reasonable so didn't mind....also, the beds were VERY firm.

Review 6：The pool and poolside bar (strong cocktails!!!) were excellent. The beach isn't the best for swimming so the pool was well utilised. The gardens are lush and the area is well maintained. And the staff couldn't have been more helpful. It's a perfect place for a few days peace......

Review 7：I have been at tirta sari in 2011 when it had just 5 rooms and I loved it. Now it is even better with a beautiful pool. I like the decoration, the layout, the gardens, plants, trees, food and specially the rooms with their open air bathroom.

Review 8：Room layout with an outside shower and toilet that gets the extreme heat of the day. Not well planned. Room airconditioner is not suited to the size of the room as it doesn't keep the room cool. It is poorly positioned as it needs to be facing the bed. I was not comfortable so I reduced my stay by 2 days.

Review 11：Superb location for 1st class, easy snorkeling direct from the beach. Small, well-maintained bungalow hotel, immaculate gardens, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, excellent value for money. Many repeat visitors; I hope to be among them in the future.

Review 14：When we arrived, the reception told us we booked a room with fan, no airconditioning, which was not true. They then put us in a cottage right by the busy road, which could be heard loudly. It had obviously not been used in a while and was dusty and filthy. We went back to the reception and asked for a change. We needed to pay an extra 50000 Rp per night and 100000 Rp to the reception guy and then we would be served. This felt like a rip-off. The next room was at least quiet and cleaner than the first.

Review 24：We stayed here with ourdaughter. Tirta Sari was absolutely lovely. Beautiful shady grounds, friendly staff, very attractively presented dinner. Close to beach. Super spa treatment. Liked the pool bar. We loved staying here. Great snorkling and diving on menjangan Island.

Review 25：The portions, however, were a little small compared to our appetites. The pool maintainence was also less than ideal as, when required, chemicals were put in during the morning rather than at night.

Review 26：Tucked between the highway and the beach, this resort was a good choice. Rooms were very well-appointed (new draperies, etc.) and the staff very gracious. The food at the restaurant was well prepared, very well presented and not too pricey.

Review 61：There was construction going on behind our guest room. We mentioned it to the staff and they upgraded us to a new location, away from the noise. No additional cost. So accommodating.

Review 68：These bungalows are just perfect - very clean, nice porch, perfect pool with pool bar with cheap drinks (fresh juices, cocktails), nice spa, good food and 1min walk to beach where best snorkelling is. Additionally the most Biorock coral formations are just 200m left when you get to the beach. Beach itself not so special so after snorkelling we spent lot of time in the nice pool and so close :)

Good value compared to the resorts on the beach - about 100 meters away. Pemuteran beach is a breath of fresh air in bali, compared to the south. Genuinely friendly people, no hawkers or hassle. Review 88：The staff is a family and they are very kind and accomidating. The rooms are simple which Is good for shorter stays and singles but for longer stays and couples its a bit ruff. The menu is great food but a bit small for 3 meals a day all week. The beach is 80yrds away with great snorkleing and water access.
