Review 1：The staff looked unhappy and not welcoming; the mattress sagged in the middle and should have been replaced and the shower cubicle was claustrophobic for a medium built person.

Review 2：The Central location was the only positive part of my stay.

Review 3：Thr facilities neededicated to be updated. The rooms were bare minimum with 2 decades old TV which didn'the work in both of 2 rooms we had. New beds are badly needed. Good spa. Still it needs to be modernised. The location was great.

Review 4：Restaurant staff at breakfast were generally not friendly or approachable. Coffee shop staff were however much better.

Review 5：The hotel is clean and has an excellent spa. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 6：Staff manager absolutely rude. None of the two rooms we had booked had the heat on. Very old furniture, old TV, safety box with a deposit of 10 euros if we wanted to use it. Toiletries very poor. Breakfast you make your own coffee with an automatic coffee machine. Most of the food is of poor quality, bread etc.... You are asked to pay for an extra 15€ per person to get slippers and a bathrobe to use the spa. This is not a hotel where we will go again, even if we travel very often to this area.

Review 8：The only thing I did not like was the bed. It was hard and uncomfortable. It was also two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed which left an awkward gap in the middle.

Review 47：It would be nice if the mineral bath in the hotel stayed open past 1900. The hours are 1000-1900. Bed was a little uncomfortable.

Review 48：The hotel is really nice inside and outside. Very nice staff! The woman at the front desk was so helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you! The location is very convenient, easy walking distance to the center. The mineral terme is really nice, great water and atmosphere.

Review 49：The room was large, air conditioned with a mini bar and everything youwould want,,the one and only big down side for me and my girl was thatinstead of a "grand lit" a big bed, we had two small twinspushed together with queen sized linen. Although once things get rollingat nite that didn't work out so well. Anyway we ended up supercuddling on just one of the twins..

Review 50：We requested online that we had a small dog, wanted a top floor room,with a view, and that it was a special weekend. They upgraded us at nocharge to a suite with an amazing top floor view. A nominal charge 10 €a day for the dog, Awesome. The breakfast, complimentary wasexceptional. We spoke French, English or Russian and they were able toaccommodate French and English quite well. The Spa, thermal pools wereincluded in the room rate and were exceptional in all the services theyoffered. The hotel was quite frankly located next to the largest andmost serviced walking street in the town,,,awesome overall
