Review 1：The personnel working at the front desk was friendly,polite,educated and very prompt to help us. The personnel working in the dining area were very corteous and always ready to fill our needs. The security personnel was very respetuous and educated. The housekeeping ladies kept our room in neat condition.

Review 16：Room was large, clean, and quiet considering the adjacent Camino Real Hotel was hosting high school graduations and lots of rooms were occupied by partying teens. The Biltmore is the older, business oriented wing of the Camino Real. This is my second time to stat at the Biltmore.
