Review 1：Breakfast buffet could have been a bit more varied (same 2 types of cold meats each day)

Review 2：Staff were very friendly, especially the older waiter mornings during breakfast, he was always in a good mood and his friendliness put a smile on our faces every day. Rooms were very clean and tidy.

Review 3：The staff we really great and managed to sort out all of our many requests! They were very friendly and willing to help us to make the most out of our stay there!

Review 4：Small bathroom, accidentally knocked toilet paper a few times and shower temperature while showering a couple of times. Very dead atmosphere in the whole place, bar was empty, resteraunt nearly empty, waitress/barmaid spoke little to no English. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, have to get taxis to and from anywhere.

Review 20：The hotel is located 20-25 minutes from city center by walk, very comfortable, clean and quite. Also it is close to airport, if you need you can order a shuttle for 5 EUR per person. If you do not have early flight you can reach the airport by bus 1 (cost about 1.3 EUR). The same time you can take this bus if you want to visit an old city on the hill.

Review 22：The location was perfect for an overnight stay near the airport. I booked the hotel because of the location, the ratings for cleanliness, and the free shuttle service. Marco accommodated several small requests and eased my mind that my traveling daughter was in a safe environment.

Review 25：The rooms are extremely dated, cracked floor tiles in the bathroom. Little or no bar staff, even just for a cup of tea! We were waiting for 25 mins for someone to serve us and we were the only people there. Only reason we eventually got service was because a manager or member of staff came into the room with his girlfriend/partner for a private dinner in the corner of the room!!

Review 36：The staff was very nice and helpful with directions and attractions in town. The room, bathroom, halls were comfortable and clean. We had an early flight so they provided us a breakfast box and a shuttle to the airport.

Review 37：Just after the check-in broke the key from our room, the receptionist was upset with us and told that propably we must pay for the key! He was negative from the start and his behaviour was awful. How ever the rest of the staff were very helpful!

Review 38：They say in Internet they have bus shuttle service but is not true. I had to pay 20 € taXi both ways. Noone came to pick me up at the airport on my arrival and no one took me back to the airport the followING day. Really bad experience. I will not repeat.

Charming staff, WiFi which actually worked in my bedroom (which seems a rarity in Italy) and good quality food both in the restaurant and room service menus. Even the shower worked! Review 42：There is no free shuttle bus to the airport but they have it as astandard facility on the site. That means you need to pay extra 26 Eurofor the transfer to and from the airport.

Review 43：Breakfast Italian style- good for all who like "sweet meals". Poor choice of meats and cheese. No any local specialties. Coffee like water- it is shame to serve such coffee in Italy !!! Shower without hose - everytime you have wet head and a lot of gymnastics.

The Fine Print

During weekends the restaurant is closed and food is served only from the kitchen at the bar.The shuttle to Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport is provided only upon request according to a schedule, and costs extra. It is available from the hotel to the airport at 4:30 am or 5:15 am, and from the airport to the hotel it is at 11 am or 11:20 pm.Please note that guests are required to show the credit card used to book the non-refundable reservation upon check-in. In case the credit card owner is not traveling with you, the hotel will require a copy of the credit card owner’s ID and credit card.
