The beds were so comfortable with the best of linen, we would loved to have been staying a 2nd night. We asked for a late check out as we didn't want to leave! The use of the pools & Spa made our stay very relaxing.

Review 6：The place has a mosquito problem which I was not advised about, the air conditioning was poor so poor I opened the windows only to bitten all over our bodies, they gave us a plug in for mosquitos which should not be used for people with asthma..... as a result i have returned home bitten everywhere...

Review 14：Our first room overlooked a broken roof and onto a wall. Reception movedus to a better and slightly larger room for our final 2 nights, howeverthe sewage pump was below our balcony and we got a strong draft eachevening for several minutes while the pump was running meaning we had togo inside. The ac was poor, the rooms have a totally unnecessary dividermaking it awkward to move around the room. The bathroom has a showercubicle which leaks water onto the floor as the door seal doesn'twork and is placed directly opposite the toilet, awkward again. We didhighlight these issues to staff and they were in agreement.

Review 18：The first night the room was to hot! The A/C did not work ok! I called down to the reception but they could not do anything. We got the same answer next day that it was adjusting to the outdoor temperature, we asked to get a new room!! All of a sudden the A/C worked fine! Go figure??!!

We had a confirmed suite-booking either overlooking garden or sea. We were told at check in no responsible person available before next day with authority to change roomI Restaurant service very slow, 20 -30 minutes to wait for fried/boild eggs, dinner very/if any follow up at table, waiters complaining to many guests!

Review 25：The hotel is surrounded by other bigger hotels, which we didn't really feel in the hotel itself but if you go outside you can see it's a very busy place. If you like it also quiet at the sea then you need to look elsewhere.

Review 26：We asked for a quiet room at the top floor, end of the corridor and received it. This room was excellent, great design, no noise from other rooms, clean and we enjoyed the 3 days we stayed here. Yes there is no lift, but you decide yourself if you can walk up a couple of stairs. The garden and pool area is fantastic, really quiet and you have the feeling of exclusiveness. Breakfast and dinner area outside are great.The food was good and staff very friendly and professional. So is the service staff. We took some bikes after check out to ride into Zadar, which is only a 15 minutes by bike along the coast. We could gave stayed longer.

It took fpour days to get hot water in the shower. the water in the room was dirty for two days. No out side bar. limlted seating opportunity outside in garden. No sun beds providen on beach. No compensation for the problems was provided. Too much noise from pool as it was intended to be a big jaccucci. Switch off and everyone will become more happy.

Review 53：The rooms were a little on the small side for 7 night stay and although we booked 2 rooms with a sea view when we arrived we were told the hotel didn't really have rooms with sea views although there were one or two rooms that you may be able to see the sea. Oh dear! We didn't let this spoil our week and overall we had a great time.

Review 54：Hotel and staff were very good. We booked half board and were a bit apprehensive as we usually enjoy eating out but the food at this hotel was excellent. The menu was changed every day and during our 7 night stay we couldn't fault any of the meals we had. The breakfast was also just as good. The staff were very good and and anything we wanted we just had to ask and they would go out of their way to accommodate us.

We were six mature girls on the trip. Short taxi ride to the city. Comfortable that it was a hotel for adults only. Clean and Nice. Delicate spa area with a large variety of treatments. For us who are Norwegian, it is the comfortable prices too. The hotel is highly recommended of us.

Review 57：The rooms are small. We had a Jr. suite and it was tiny. The room design is odd. Bathroom sink faces a window into the bedroom. The mirror is to the right so it's very hard to shave and apply make-up. the lighting is odd too, there is no place in the room where you can sit and read a book in the evening. On our first night the restaurant and the courtyard were taken over by a wedding. We had to walk to the adjoining hotel for dinner. Our room overlooked the festivity. The music and the singing was so loud we could not sleep the entire night. It was over at 6:00 AM. They did not tell us about this at check in and made no effort to give us a quieter room even though the hotel was more then half empty.

Breakfast and dinner choices were very good (table service and 1 x buffet). I don't usually eat dinner at the hotels where I stay but was glad we did this time. We did several spa treatments, all of which were very good. Enjoyed lounging at the pool. Nice lap swim area. I would stay here again.

Review 74：We have had a fantastic time in Adriana! The staff was super friendly en you can ask anything. There are a lot of different things for breakfast, like juices, muesli, eggs, bread, when there is something you want but it's not at the breakfast, you really have a high standard! The diner was also excellent. We will be back!

Review 75：The front entrance and drive in is a bit disappointing as it doesn't feel very exclusive (you share access to the other hotels in the resort) but once inside it instantly changes to feel more like 4*. And you can leave the hotel through a back gate from the garen which has direct access to the sea, the promenade and access to the local town from there. Our room was a standard with no view and it was a bit disappointing (compared to the 4* we stayed in in Zadar) as we looked out onto a brick wall so there wasn't much natural light. Luckily we didn't need to spend much time in it and the free flips flops and beach bag were a nice touch!

Very spacious areas and it always felt very relaxed and chilled. Really suitable for couples looking for peaceful, relaxing time with good food.

Review 86：The hotel is immediately adjacent to a second Falkensteiner facilitythat caters to families with children. In the evening they have a openair disk jockey that plays loud techno/heavy metal music. This noisereally made what would otherwise have been a delightful out door mealless fun and enjoyable. We love kids and we know that they love to danceand party but there has to be a way to reduce the noise polution whenyou are trying to stay at an otherwise elegant and beautiful facility.

Review 96：The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden, the swimming pool is welldesigned and is facing the sea which is just 100m away from the hotelreception. Our room was very comfortable and clean with a beautiful viewfacing the garden and the sea. The hotel in general has a very peacefulatmosphere. Location is good even if a car is well recommended if youplan to go to Zadar center or to visit the nearby islands. Staff wasvery helpful, efficient and really wanted to make sure that we werehappy during our stay, even welcoming us with two glass of champagne atour arrival ! The breakfast was also good with a large variety ofchoices of fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, pancakes, cheese, salad, meat,juices, ... I really recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Zadar andwho is looking for a beautiful and relaxing hotel.
