Review 1：Such a lovely location with views out across the sea and of the mountains as well - we saw fabulous sunsets and sunrises. It was quiet there in late October but the pool was fabulous and big enough to swim properly. Facilities in 2 bed villa a bit basic but OK.

Review 2：The house could feel a little humid and there was not enough light for a reeding family. Other than that we had a great stay :-)

Review 3：A nice and quiet place, it's up in the hillside and and the mild breeze felt god in the evenings. You will need a car to get to the beach, the bakery and to the supermarket. The pool was clean and inviting. Nice staff

Review 4：It requires a car to reach the beach. The walk is a bit too long during the heat of the day. But as one needs a car to reach Stoupa anyway, it did not bother us.

Review 5：the scenery was beautiful and the silence was lovely. The view from the balcony to the sea was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review 6：This is a lovely place to relax. The restaurant area and pools are lovely and is in a gorgeous setting. The house was private and peaceful, kept clean - the best accommodation we have stayed in in Greece, and affordable too. We had a great time with our baby and toddler.

Review 7：The kitchen doesn't have a cooler which is a shame, although it meant we ate out more often! I would recommend hiring a scooter to visit the beach - we are both now incredibly fit from walking up the hill! Otherwise, really lovely.

Review 9：It's a 35 minute walk to Stoupa so not something you would want to do more than once a day and not in the heat of high season. Fortunatly we had a car.

Review 11：We did not have a car so location was quite far from the beach when walking. The walk home was quite hard in the heat. No shops nearby either. The one bedroom stone house could do with a make-over, especially the bathroom. Not grand at all but clean. They should also replace the dish cloth after each occupancy. Not very appealing seeing a used dish cloth when we arrived. Didn't use any of the kitchen appliances because of this.

Review 12：The grounds were very beautiful, the pool area was nice and quiet. Stone house (one bedroom) was spacious and clean.

Review 13：Wifi connectivity poor at night, but OK in the mornings. Poolside Restaurant/bar not yet open nude new management, so nearest food sources are 1km down the hill at Stoupa beach. 25mins walk each way. Hire a car or scooter

Review 15：You needed transport to get anywhere unless you liked a long walk to get to Stoupa, down hill out, uphill back, 1 hr + each way at least ( 8 or so minutes in car) Nearest supermarket 5 mins drive. ( 40 mins walk)

Review 16：The staff were very good, location on the hill gave fantastic views, the accommodation on two floors was very airy and clean.The two pools were clean, at 2.8 metres in the deep end of one and 1.3 metres the other they catered for all.

Review 19：The staff at Maniatiko are second to none. They could not do enough for us my husband was unwell on the first couple of days and stamatis and maria were fantastic. My husband recoverd and we had a fantastic holiday. We truly believe we have made some very good friends an very much looking forward to seeing them next year

Review 20：Expected more from a 120€/night room. The sofa is at least 15 years old and dirty, the upper balcony had one wooden chair and one metal one, the fridge had no freezer->no ice for coffee/drinks, the toilet cover has been replaced with a smaller one that does not fit very well. The two outside plastic tables are really old and need to be replaced. Also the lower balcony is full of sun in the morning so you can not have breakfast in the morning outside. Generally the property and the building is very nice but the maintainance is below standards.

Review 22：We had two houses for our family that were the furthest apart you could be. We had a car and parking was difficult. The pool was very far from one of the houses. Wifi didn't work for the house furthest from the center. The concept of a 'village' is a novel idea, but there was no village-like feel, for example the restaurant wasn't operating (in peak season), there was no cafe or taverna. The place was also quite far from the beaches - 20 minute walk.

Review 23：New facility with nicely appointed rooms. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Review 24：Although we didn't see any, I was quite worried about snakes. The house is situated in the middle of olive tree fields and that time of the year is very common to find snakes in rural areas. Maybe a product to prevent them of getting closer would make me feel safer. However, we were very pleased to be close to nature.

Review 25：The location was perfect. Although you need a car to go to the beach and to grocery stores. The smells, the sounds and the view from the balcony of the beautiful sunset were unforgettable. Our 23 months old son had plenty of area to run and play.

Review 26：This was by far the best accommodation we stayed in during our 9 day trip through Greece. Stoupa and Kalgoria beaches are about a 15 minute walk down the hill, the villa itself was private and utterly peaceful. Our villa had two spacious balconies with views over the water, a private garden and a good kitchen (with pots and pans etc, but no oven) and bathroom. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Aircon was great but wifi was a little patchy at times - worked the best when we were outside on the balcony. The perfect place to relax for a few days and get away from it all. Would definitely return.

Review 55：Nice location, about 1,5 km far from famous "Stoupa" beachon the way to "Neochori", in a private area-village ofstone houses, fully equipped, with private gardens, 2 swimming pools,restaurant (not opened when we visited in April), you feel like youare in your own house. The management and the personel very politeand willing.

Review 56：We stayed in the 1 bedroom stone maisonette. The space was far more thansufficient for just a couple. The interior was clean and the privateyard and balcony was very impressive. The maisonette is an authenticmasonry structure with local traditional stone merging into thelandscape. The wooden roof structure is visible from the bedroom addinga special character to the interior. Flooring, Bathroom and wc areinvested in marble. It has been done very serious work in thisaccommodation which is not too common comparing with other options inthe area! Finally the personnel was helpful and professional!

Review 57：The owners hospitality and service is very poor!!! When we had problem in our appartment(serious) -the host became agrresive and hostile This made our stay very unpleasent We definatly dont reccomend this place For someone that come to this place-pray that you dont run into problem

Review 59：We stayed at a stone house at Maniatiko Village with 3 small children ages 6months, 2.5 years, 3.5 years. The location is ideal to explore Mani, there is spacious accommodation and great outdoor space, and the stadd are very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience - would gladly come back!

Review 62：The were alot of mosquitos, it would of been good to be warned about this so I could prepare myself, may be a net over the bed may of helped as well. It was my last day there and as I was leaving I realized I had left something in my room. I had already locked the door. I asked the cleaner to open my door, she informed me she would be back with the key, 15 minutes had passed and she still had not returned. I went looking for her and was not able to find her. Eventually I tracked the owner down. She informed me I had to wait for her husband to come. 20 minutes later her husband cam and unlocked my door. I was lucky I was not in a hurry to catch my plane or bus. This Situation could of been solved in 30 secs instead it took halve an hour. I was a bit pissed with that, this is the Grreck mentality.
