Review 1：First issue was smoking smell from the air conditioning all night long considering our room was non-smoking, even a smoking room shouldn't have cigarettes smell coming from other rooms. Second issue had to call maintenance after checking in the room to fix the sink and shower drain stoppers were closed and couldn't be opened, shower was fixed in 15 minutes sink quick fix was done to enhance the drainage but maintenance mentioned for it to be properly fixed plumber would have to come in the morning... I came to the hotel for a weekend away from Riyadh to relax not check on maintenance at the Ramada in Khobar.. I just lived with the problem until I checked out. Also room did have dust collected in some hidden areas behind lamps bedside tables etc.

Review 2：The reason I came to this hotel is how perfect everything was the first time I came mid 2013 I would have rated the hotel 10/10 but after my second stay now I would not come to the Ramada Khobar again..

Review 3：one elevator only working other one is out of order..but the hotel was not crowded so it was not too bad!

Review 5：However there was no Bell boy to assist in Luggage check in. Or to carry the luggage to the Room. Basically self help hotel There was no welcoming feeling to the hotel. The WI-FI connection was very poor, and the Washroom was leaking whole night.

Review 7：the immigration took a little more than i expected due to which, i wasn't able to catch the taxi booked in the hotel. and irony is that hotel charged for that too despite my request and non-usage :(

Review 11：1-The location is very poor, the Hotel is just a minute away from a very busy main road and thus there is no double glazing glass to prevent the noise from cars. 2- No Concierge staff were available to help me with luggage upon my arrival and was waiting in my car at the Hotel drive through for almost 5 minutes and had no option except to park the car and carry my luggage to the Hotel. 3- The room was not fully ready prior to my check in with many short falls.. 4- There was a spider in the bath top at the 2nd day of my stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After several complains in the first 2 days of my stay, everything rectified. The Hotel management should ensure we should get what we pay for and the room should be fully ready on check in.. Additionally, I have paid for my stay in cash and I was promised by front counter staff during my check out procedure that the hold on my Credit Card will be releases but unfortunately tell this day the hold remain in force. My stay in Ramada was not pleasant experience and will be the first and last stay in Ramada chains of Hotels.

Review 13：Basic hotel and service, dont expect anything special. Reception staff just do their jobs, no smiles, no greetings, no questions asked, no attention to details. TV channels are grainy in the era of UHD ! No parking, pray to be lucky.

Next day I was advised that late checkout till 5pm will not be allowed!!!! If late checkout is required and accepted by hotel at the time of checkin, Guests are advised to take it in writing from reception staff.....

They did not give us the bed until we argued with the hotel manager. ** we requested that the rooms should be next to each other and the beds should be separated ( from booking special requests ) but again the staff did not read the requests and they apologized that hotel is fully booked. - breakfast is repeated every day -limited parking

Review 116：The bathroom had a few things that weren't in working order for example the taps and washer. There were also flies in the bathroom and bedroom. Also not sure why most hotels in KSA tend to put bathroom amenities for one person regardless of how many people are staying?!

Review 118：Morbid unfriendly staff. Room key had to be programmed daily. Poor food selection. The worst shower ever. WiFi was useless. Duty manager was useless. Room was not clean. Terrible location to drive to daily. No restaurants nearby other than by car if you fancied more traffic. In general a terrible place to stay and I will never stay there ever again!
