Review 1：A fantastic apartment with lots of space. The owner emailed me prior to arrival with details of how to access the key to the apartment, meaning it didn't matter how late I checked in. Kitchen was stocked with basics like salt sugar etc which was handy.
Review 2：Disappointed that private hot tub couldn't be made to work as this was a discriminating feature however alternative was offered. WiFi is poor but not a surprise.

Review 4：The only thing that was not perfect was the Wi-fi amplifier located in the bathroom...it did not work perfectly in every part of the apartment.
Review 5：The apartment is really beautiful, spacious, warm and clean. It is equipped with everything for cooking, there's linen and a little pool on the outside. The information for finding it and auto-checking in were perfect.
Review 6：Only two showers when there was 9 adults was a bit difficult. Had to call a plumber on the first night as Hot tub didn't work due to frozen pipes

Review 8：The problems started right when we arrived to check into the apartment and were met at the driveway by someone from Garun. He told us we would have to follow him to another location since they had double booked us for the night. Apparently they had double booked several units since he thought we were a different couple and brought us to a hostel at first. We explained we had booked an apartment and not a room in a hostel, so he checked and said we weren't even on his list for that evening for any kind of rental. I showed him my copy of the booking, so he then told us to follow him to their office and they would then take us to a different apartment. After about a half hour of all this confusion and following him from location to location, we ended up with an apartment that was missing several of the key features we had been looking forward to in the original apartment we had booked (usable kitchen and patio). Overall, the unit we ultimately ended up with probably would have been acceptable if it hadn't been for all of the confusion with the check-in. I wouldn't rent from them again as the last thing you want to deal with after a very long day of site seeing is to have such an issue when checking into your lodging.
Review 9：The apartment we ultimately ended up with was ok. The bedroom and living room furniture were comfortable and the unit was pretty spacious and clean. It was located in a quiet neighborhood, the only noise we heard was the upstairs owner periodically slamming doors.

Review 13：Nice apartment, very well decorated. The place was clean and comfortable. The instructions from the hot tub was well indicated (it is empty when we arrived and it only takes have to turn it on to make it fill automatically).

Review 35：Room was freezing. Owner said under-flooring heating was on,but whole place was stone cold. Sat in our rental car to warm up! Hot tub has no water jets, so is really an outdoor bath. As hot tub was filthy, we had to clean it before using it. Window blinds are very thin, so it was difficult to sleep (especially during midnight-sun months). Industrial estate directly next door meant we could hear lorries leaving early in the morning.

Review 37：We ended up in a different building as I got the address wrong. The owner was so nice and let us stay where we were instead of taking us to the other building. It looks like it was recently renovated (so lovely!) and is very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay!
