Review 1：Only one minor quibble, the wi-fi was patchy and quite slow in my apartment; other apartments may have been better.
Review 2：Very friendly and helpful owners, excellent facilities, and very close to the main shopping area.and beach. The pool is a godsend after a hot day.
Review 3：Very slippery floors, had to squish 3 cockroaches in the kitchen, had to do washing up in bathroom sink. Not enough facilities to cook anything. Needs a big style & functionality makeover.

Review 5：The bed was hard. There were no fly screens on windows. Hand basin should be larger as it doubles for the kitchen sink. Needs bigger rubbish bin also.
Review 6：It was quiet during the week and the balcony was quite private in a unit overlooking the creek. It was clean overall although shower was a little mouldy. Reasonable size for studio yet benchspace could be improved if microwave on wallshelf.

Review 15：Ease of check-in. Cosy, home away from home feel. Clean facilities and lovely property in general. Nice location, just slightly removed from town centre, providing a peaceful ambience and outlook.
Review 16：no kitchen sink in the studios however ours had a small diswasher which helped otherwise we would have had to wash up in the bathroom basin.

Review 26：We overlooked the pool area and other guests with children were using it quite early in the morning (around 7am) so there was a little bit of noise. It didn't bother us as we are early risers but would recommend asking for a room that doesn't overlook the pool if you are a late or light sleeper.
Review 27：Friendly owners live on site and were very helpful, providing advice on local cafe's. The unit we stayed in was very clean, well appointed and the furnishings were tasteful, clean and comfortable. We prefer to eat in and everything we needed to prepare and cook our meals was available. The balcony with outdoor table and seating provided a nice spot to spend an hour or so relaxing. Very good value and would stay again.

Review 101：I stayed at studio with my friend. That was a bit small but very comfortable. Kim and Rob were super friendly and kind. We went to the restaurant he recommended and had a fantastic night. Location is not convenient as it is a bit far dorm town. But we really enjoyed that little walk to coolum under stars. Bus stop is right in front of seacove. If you drive, that's a perfect distance from everywhere. The pool was fabulous too. I would love to come back and stay longer next time!! Thank you very much :)

Review 103：Some of the bed springs were starting to push their way out from the side of the mattress. The bed probably needs to be replaced as was too firm due to age.

Review 114：The pillows were okay but a greater range would be good, it is always a good idea to have four pillows different sizes and softness to cater for individual needs or even better a pillow menu that guests can preselect before check in.
