Review 1：Great welcome on arrival, and check out Great rate for the room. Massive buffett breakfast with lots of food including full english breakfast. Great location Great spa Nice rooms And friendly restaurant and housekeeping staff. The staff were very friendly which made our stay even better. Clean big rooms. Will definitely return

Review 12：Only 1 elevator for the whole building. Waiting time of 15 minutes normal. No airco, not possible to buy wine in the bar. No gym, no swimming pool. Very expensif for the quality received.

Review 15：But there was nothing fantastic really, the hotel is painted yellow on the inside and looks very modern, but the room was very small and cramped for a family of 4, and had very old fashioned bedcoverings, and there was only one bedside lamp. I had the impression from the photos that the rooms were more modern. For me the hotel was too far from the main ski pistes, it would have been more convenient to stay in Roccaraso, and we were not blown away by Castel di Sangro.

Review 16：We had a pleasant skiing break, the children aged 8 and 10 loved the animazione in the evening, and we enjoyed the food and the comfort of relaxing in the very spacious ground floor and comfortable sofas after dinner. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. The spa is absolutely out of this world, I had a tour but didnt use it though as it cost extra.

Review 17：The kids club went well on into the evening with children often runningaround unsupervised, and with loud music and activities which didnothing to create a relaxing stay. The restaurant only had a limited setmenu each day, the food was basic and useless for anyone with dietaryneeds. This meant that it was necessary to find other places to eat andhaving to walk into the town (at least 3km) and back each night. Whilstthere are lovely spa facilities on site, these would be have been veryexpensive to use throughout the stay.

Review 18：The reception staff were friendly and the ski bus driver was veryhelpful. The spa facilities were lovely, and the log fire was welcoming.The rooms were spacious.

Review 19：I felt that the rooms were exceptionally noisey, both in the eveningwhen I was trying to get to sleep and the hotel were playing loud music,or first thing in the morning when other customers seemed to need towalk around in ski boots very early!
