This traditional, family-run 4-star hotel is right in the center of St. Anton, just 650 feet from the Galzigbahn, Gampenbahn and Rendelbahn Cable Cars and the Arlberg Ski Region. It features a spacious spa and fitness area with an indoor pool.
Spa facilities at Hotel Post include a bio sauna, a Finnish sauna, a salt water steam bath, an aroma steam bath, an infrared cabin, a hot tub, a sun bed, and a relaxation room with water beds. Massages are available upon request.
The Post Hotel’s restaurant serves Austrian and international dishes, as well as a wide selection of fine wines from all over the world recommended by a professional sommelier. Special diet menus are also available.
Half board is available for an additional fee and includes a rich breakfast buffet with healthy dishes, afternoon snacks, and a 4-course dinner with a choice of dishes and various buffets.

Review 1：When I checked out on the last day in the morning, before going skiing, I was offered a separate key card to access the wellness area after skiing, so that I could change and shower before driving home. It was a very welcome surprise. When I finished skiing in the afternoon, I had the whole wellness area to myself. Whirlpool, sauna, steam baths etc., all very nice.

Review 2：Food was a little too expensive but it was good.

Review 3：We stayed there mainly due to the location. Staff were friendly. Parking was easy. Mind you this was towards the end of the season.

Review 4：A bit overdone I found the enormous restaurant with chandeliers. Not so much a mountain atmosphere. My dinner was rather disappointing.

Review 11：Location is about as good as can get, on the pedestrian high street yet only 2 min walk to cable car. Food is excellent. Spa first class. This is the hotel where Hannes Schneider began to teach the downhill ski turn technique-great story. Book 'Flight without wings`.

Review 12：Uncomfortable pillows. Heating off during this season despite room feeling cool, a heater is available if you contact reception but not located in the room when you arrive. No kettle or tea facilities in the room - This was also the case with two other Hotels we stayed at in Austria.

Review 13：Beautiful Hotel and friendly staff. We thought the room was good value and the Hotel is in a prime position. Room was large and overlooked the town with views of the mountain. the Hotel is located close to the train station and Ski lifts without being isolated from the town and main shopping streets. Pool is heated and clean and robes and towels for use at the pool are provided in your room at no extra charge. Good food served at breakfast.

Review 43：If I had to criticize the hotel my only gripe would be the price of the wine in the resturant starting from 30 euros, compared to England which would be around £17 - £20 for the same quality

Review 44：The hotel post is in a great location, only a 2 minute walk to the main Galzig lift. The hotel also has a large free car park and is in a central location so very close to the shops and bars. The Spa facilities were clean with everything you would expect. We paid for the half board option and the food was exceptional, the breakfast buffet had everything you could possibily want and the evening meal was always varied with a fish, meat or vegetarian option. The staff were always pleased to serve you with a smile on their face. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the towels were changed every day. I know this is all you would expect from a quality hotel, but they did deliver, and from experience some hotels don't! So thank you hotel post for a nice stay, your staff are a credit to you!

Review 47：I enjoyed the location - in the middle of Sankt Anton and close to the ski lifts. Everything you needed was at your doorstep. The restaurant service was professional and friendly. Frau Andrea did a great job and also her colleagues.

We brought a dog- it was veryexpensive to stay at Hotel Post already and then to tack on a 15 Euro(which was not stated on booking.com) charge for a dog...when wecan't take it to the restaurant, can't take it to the pool area(understandable). What's the point? We could have spent the samemoney and had here boarded. For allowing dogs, not really dog friendly.

Review 52：The staff was amazing. The night front desk employee ( a gentleman) wentabove and beyond. The day time front desk ( a woman ) was so friendlyand took time to call for information. Food was delicious.

Review 53：I think the 1 st floor rooms are a little too close to the Disco. Next time maybe I would request another wing or higher floor. Also, the little step up out on the rooms can be dangerous, since the hall light does not come on until your out there. Maybe a little angle threshold should be installed to make it more subtle.

Review 54：The service was outstanding. In the big breakfast area everyone checked on you to see if you were good. Very helpful at coffee machine etc. Breakfast was well laid out. The two young ladies in the little restaraunt by the bar were just great. We had meals out of the hotel the first two nights, but turns out the best dinner we had was at The Post with them serving us. Great location and fun place. The little blond girl at the front desk was fabulous. So helpful. Loved the locker set up. We would stay there again Thanks Peter

Review 55：I did not like the smokers, although this is a "non-smoking"hotel, the disco downstairs was not a no -smoking establishment and theother guests felt that blowing the smoke out their window constitutedcompliance. I guess this is "normal" etiquitte in Austria?
