Review 2：We were greeted as we arrived and made to feel very welcome! The room smelled very clean as we walked in, and it was! The owners were friendly, offering coffee or tea several times. The owners had excellent suggestions for visiting the area. We would stay again and recommend to everyone.

Review 4：Owners were very nice and welcoming! We arrived later than planned nod it was no problem. The unit is very simple and perfect for people looking for a clean, comfortable nights rest. Very basic so don't expect it to be like a hotel. The restaurant up the road (not next door) - the best chicken I have ever had with veggies- go there! I would stay here again.

Review 5：The hosts are so friendly, the place isn't really walking distance to the park but they will drive you there and pick you up for the same price as the bus which was great we could go on our own time. Place is great location for restaurants and a little grocery store.

Review 15：The couple were very helpful. They gave us good advice. A restaurant was right beside the establishment. We were offered ice lemonade on our arrival. We were also invited into their house for plumb brandy. There is also a small grocery store a five minute walk away, right across from the bus stop were we caught our bus for Split. The owner also dropped us off and picked us up from the entrance to the park.

Review 16：Excellent hosts, excellent location. We've been greeted warmly, with a refreshing lemonade and pears from the pansion's garden. The rooms are cozy and welcoming. Wonderful, calming garden. Totally recommended.

Review 17：The location is 4 km from entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes NP. There is 2 markets within walking distance. The owner lives on property, they maintain the area very well.

Review 18：The only issue with the room is lack of air conditioning, so it did get hot. There was a small fan, however a larger fan would probably make the temperature more comfortable.

Review 20：Had a bad experience with ants in the room - but that can happen in the woods. The hosts were very helpful and we got rid of them.

Review 23：when we arrived it was raining a bit and we were greeted with umbrellas and smiles. that is just a small example of how great and thoughtful the hosts were. we spent time talking and drinking the delicious home-made plum liqueur with them and had a great time. the room was very clean and a bit small but just what we needed for a good nights' sleep after the plitvice walk. there is a supermarket and 2 nice restaurants in a short walking distance (5-10 min). the place is very quite and the garden behind the house is beautiful in day and night. the drive to plitvice is about 15 min.

Review 24：only inconvenient is about bathroom who doesnt have a normal door is more like a plastic paravane which can create you disconfort.i dont know if all pension's rooms has same way of closing bathroom..for 1 night it was ok but if you want to stay more you have to know this.

Review 26：An excellent place to stay if you are visiting the Lakes. It's on the main road, close to supermarket and restaurant. Perfect if you have a car but also suitable for bus travellers. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent hosts. Quiet location.

Review 28：Everything was perfect!!! It is close to the Plit-vice takes about 15 min by bus and bus stop is a walking distance! And, the room was clean and the owner was really kind and lovely;-) They always think about guests so that's why we had great time!!! We talked at night with cherry wine which she made and I'll never forget what I had precious time! I assure that everyone like here;-) **Lemonade which she made also really delicious!!!;-)

Review 38：The hostess brought us home made treats, told us about additional waterfall views, and even helped hang our wet laundry out to dry. They have a beautiful property with a gazebo and picnic table under an apple tree. We felt very welcome there.

My boyfriend was having a birthday so I call them and asked if they could order a cake for us and they were happy to do so. We got an extra bottle of wine. I will never forget that place. Actually, I´m planning going back there! :)

Review 42：We really enjoy our stay at Pansion Vuković. Beautiful house with great hosts. Besides amazing Plitvice Lakes we really enjoy swimming at the river Korana which is just across the street. This combination definitely made our stay memorable.

Review 66：The owner greeted us with home made lemonade. She offered us a room on the ground floor as i had a sore leg to get up the stairs. She made us feel so welcome. The facilities are within 7 km of Plitvice lakes national park, ideal for visiting. There is an excellent restaurant next door.

Review 68：We stayed at the Pension Vukovic for a night. I must admit that it was a very pleasant experience. The host ie Vukovic family are very courteous and helpful. We were welcomed as if it was our own home. The accommodation is comfortable and all requirements are met. We would gladly recommend this experience to anyone traveling to the lakes to stay with this welcoming family.

Review 70：I chose this hotel based on Trip-Advisor recommendations and it lived up to its reputation. As an independent female traveler, I felt safe, warm and comfortable. Hotel is about 7 min drive from Lakes, and owner drove and picked me up. Room was small, clean, cozy, well equipped. Lovely backyard, 300 m walk to great restaurant. Staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly.

Review 71：We stayed here for 2 nights so we were close to the Plitvice Lakes. As we pulled into the driveway Bozice and her husband welcomed us with wonderful smiles and showed us our room which was very comfortable. Bozice also suggested we help ourselves to apples from trees in the backyard and relax on the recliners at the back of the section. As we did this she bought us a small glass of local plum brandy! Talk about spoilt! She also recommended two restaurants and we found the one right next door had excellent food. Pansion Vukovic is on the main road - our GPS tried to send us down a side road. I absolutely recommend staying here.

Review 74：Pansion Vukovic is a nice place to stay while visiting Plitvice national park. The owner is a very nice lady which gives you a warm welcome and refreshing lemonade after a few hours drive. Me and my friends rented a room for 3 persons. The room was simple, but clean and it was everything we needed during our 2 night stay. In the garden of the pansion, you have an amazing view on the mountains while lying in some very comfortable chairs. Moreover, there are many restaurants in the surroundings where you can have dinner in the evening. In conclusion, we very much enjoyed our stay in Pansion Vukovic.

The sight from the pension is extraordinary and also they have a big backyard with a great view.I must tell you that Mr and Mrs Vukovic are very kind and willing to share all their knowledge about those places. We felt great there and for sure we will come back .
